LIVING AREA

The living space is open, inviting, and designed for connection. Settle in on the plush sectional and lounge chairs for conversation, reading, or a movie night, and enjoy the glow of the kiva fireplace on cooler evenings. KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully finished, with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and generous prep space. The bar seating makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or appetizers while dinner comes together. The adjacent dining area offers a substantial table with comfortable seating for your group, ideal for shared meals, board games, or planning the day’s adventures.



BED AND BATH

After a day exploring Santa Fe, unwind in calm, comfortable bedrooms designed for great sleep. The primary suite offers a serene retreat with a king bed, beam ceilings, and a kiva fireplace for extra coziness. The two guest bedrooms are spacious and flexible, featuring two beds and plenty of room to spread out.



All three en-suite bathrooms are clean and well-appointed with tasteful tile work and plenty of space. The primary bath feels like a spa, with dual vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a large glass walk-in shower. The other full baths offer tub/shower combos to provide convenience for the rest of the group.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside to enjoy Santa Fe’s signature sunshine and crisp desert air. The home offers a private outdoor setting with space to sit and relax, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or winding down enjoying the westerly sunset views. With easy access from the living spaces and bedrooms, the outdoor areas feel like a natural extension of the home. An EV charger is installed in the parking area for your use.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The fireplaces are available from October 15 – April 15.

-The pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is not heated

- A pool waiver must be signed before using the community pool

- The HOA continuously monitors the pool area with security cameras

- The pool's safety equipment is not for recreational use

- Guests must return all pool furniture to where they found it, and the pool area and bathrooms must be cleaned up upon departure

- No pets are allowed. (Our cleaning staff reports pet hair after every checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.)
