Bella Casa is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces and 2 lovely outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and utensils, limited spices and oils, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer (detergent and softeners provided) as well as basic cleaning supplies. This should make your trip Easy and Relaxing!
Bella Casa is Less than one walkable mile/driving distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's (Basic Cable and a few extras) as well as Excellent High Speed WiFi. Bring your codes to watch any special channels of your own.
Located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, this area is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe. High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen and living area with views to both front and back landscaped private outdoor patios. A Kiva Fireplace with Battery Operated Candles indoors and a Wood Burning Chiminea (wood provided) for those cooler evenings on the Back Patio. Patio Tables and additional Seating are on both patios.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. All access codes are displayed in the condo.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. The condo is located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These destinations form a "Circle on the Map" for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that the Saint Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard on the patios!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have a few neighbors on the same street who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the downtown Plaza located in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants. A short drive away you will find Wineries, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling!
The Sky Railway departs from downtown at The Railyard and offers trips for Star-Gazing, Music, Wine adventures and More! Truly a Unique Experience!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, as well as many Casinos. Some of my local favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking as well as Art Classes of all kinds (even Glass Blowing!) at several local venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with the recently expanded Santa Fe Airport south of the condo only 15-20 minutes away. Both have Rental Car opportunities on sight.
The Two King bedroom & bathroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps from the main living area and one down 8 steps, which proves to be especially nice for guests privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
No matter what brings you to New Mexico, I believe you will truly enjoy your time at Bella Casa! This will be a place to call home while you are away!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful condo - nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We loved the outside space - 2 patios to choose from. We always appreciate access to a washer and dryer when we travel so that was also a plus. It was the perfrect setup for 2 couples. We had a great time!

A Perfect Getaway for the International Folk Art Festival!We recently had the pleasure of staying in Santa Fe for the International Folk Art Festival, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled to discover the wonderful "hang out" spaces available, and we made the most of each one.Our mornings began with coffee in the cozy back patio, which was warm and beautifully decorated—a perfect start to the day. For our planning sessions, we loved gathering around the table near the kitchen, which was ideal for enjoying appetizers and wine. After long days of shopping and exploring, we often retreated to the comfortable living room to unwind.The location was fantastic, with an enjoyable walk to town. We appreciated the convenience of an easy Uber ride back, especially after indulging in too much shopping or margaritas!Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we loved every moment. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this lovely place!

Just Like Home

This cozy little condo within one mile of the Plaza and The Railyard is a perfect location for a stay in Santa Fe. It is compact, with everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well stocked with a good variety of cookware, dishes, appliances ,utensils and basic supplies such as cooking oil, coffee filters, vinegars, and just about any herb/spice you might need. You will find boxes of tissues in every room and small wind-up alarm clocks by each side of both beds and in the living area. The fleece throws in the living room are a nice touch. Mini-split air conditioners keep the temperature comfortable. We set the temperature we preferred and then left them on the low fan speed and couldn't even hear them running.Privacy is good as one bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs, with the living area in between. The mattresses are firm but very comfortable. This is saying a lot as we are accustomed to Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The closet space is generous and there are plenty of clothes hangers. If you are visiting for a longer stay, you will find cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners for a quick clean-up.One suggestion: either provide a channel listing for the Roku streaming service, or instructions for how to find one online. We never did locate local TV channels for weather forecasts and news.Thank you, Diane, for being a gracious host and responding quickly whenever we needed to contact you.

We had a lovely week’s stay at Bella Casa, a short walk to Santa Fe plaza and short drive to museum hill. Everything was provided as described, and we cooked nice breakfasts after a good night’s sleep on the firm beds. Highly recommended!

Quick Ski Trip

The South Capitol Condo was great. Perfect space and location. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. We loved the 2 bedroom layout and the condo compound had 2 parking spaces. Cozy Bella Casa

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter and her husband for 5 nights in December. The condo is private inside and out. We found it to be perfect for two couples - great common spaces and private bedrooms. The decor was lovely and we had everything we needed - everything was very comfy and cozy. The two courtyards were great as well and parking was very convenient. The host, Diane was super easy to work with leading up to our visit and great upon our check out. We were an easy 15-20 minute walk to the plaza area and within a 10-15 minute drive to everything else we did on our visit. The host also provides a ton of great info on things to do around town. We all loved the condo and my husband and I will definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Santa Fe! Thank you, Diane, for sharing this treasure!

A great and quiet place to stay in Santa Fe

We are so glad we booked Casa Bella in Santa Fe for our visit. It more that met our expectations based on the information available on the Internet. From the time of booking the owner was very good at communications and made it clear as to how to gain entry to the property and provided complete information about all the appliances and equipment. We have travelled in many countries and stayed in many apartments/condos so we have a large basis of comparison. Without question, the owner has set up Casa Bella better than any we have ever used. And, even if we had found something about which we had a question not answered in the written information provided prior to the visit or in the unit, it was good to know she was available anytime to help. This unit is totally suitable for short or long term stays as the supplies for personal use and facility maintenance are complete. We were there just before Christmas, so it was too cold to use the exterior of the unit, but for those considering a warmer time to visit, you can be assured that you will also enjoy the very private patio. The unit is well situated on a quiet street just south of the state capitol, which makes it easy to walk to the central plaza or the Railyard complex.

Santa Fe Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe, appreciating the condo's convenient location. There was easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated in a New Mexico style, with two patios offering ample outdoor space. My favorite part was curling up with a book in front of the burning kiva fireplace! Parking was hassle-free with two designated spots. The host, Diane, was responsive throughout the booking process and for any questions. We will definitely consider returning for future visits when we wish to stay closer to town.

A Real Santa Fe Gem!

Our stay at Bella Casa (9/28 - 10/3/24) exceeded all of our expectations. It is a beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many points of interest (Canyon Road, The Plaza, Rail Yard, assorted restaurants). There’s also a very nice market, Kaune’s, about a ten minute walk: kind of like a mini Whole Foods. The casita itself feels like your own Santa Fe home; nicely furnished, decorated and extremely clean (Thanks, Angela!). It also has every appliance, pot/pan and cooking gadget imaginable. I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Diane!

“First” visit to Bella Casa

This was our “First Visit” to Bella Casa and we hope to have many more. Everything about our visit/stay was lovely. Diane and Angela have created a meticulous and restful space for their guests in Santa Fe. Bella Casa is spotless and I mean spotless. Diane’s phenomenal communication from booking to departing made travel to Bella Casa a breeze. The layout of the space allows for privacy and comfort for 2 couples. The attention to detail …comfortable bedding, kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay, fantastic patios and the enchanting southwestern decor provide the perfect space for your visit to Santa Fe. One of the best properties you will find in Santa Fe

This property is everything that was described and more. Wonderful property manager, two very separate sleeping areas with adjacent bathrooms that offer privacy for two couples, one mile from the top of Canyon Road or the middle of town (and remember Santa Fe is flat and very walkable, two outdoor sitting areas with a grill and chiminea, two parking spots but wait there is more...an abundance of hangars in the closets, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds with really great pillows, full access to Netflix, you tube tv etc,, new washer and dryer, picture windows to see the beautiful NM sky, great internet, and a host who is ready to help with everything you will need for a great vacation. Thanks Diane, hope to make it back again soon.

Dianne kept in touch from beginning to end to make sure our stay was perfect. Our trip was fun and the house was warm and welcoming. We will return!

Fantastic

I can not say enough about Bella Casa or our host Diane. The condo is welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. The attention to detail iis outstanding on the inside and outside. Diane is fabulous to work with, she is responsive and gave recommendations on dining, activities and more. We traveled from Upstate New York for a special celebration and Bella Casa helped to make it perfect.

Charming casa

Very good first VRBO experience! The casa is tastefully decorated with lovely Santa Fe art and furniture, has a great layout and is just the right size. Cozy and homey atmosphere, every detail thought out. Two charming private patios and reserved parking were much appreciated perks. Diane is a very organized and thoughtful host, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Highly recommended!
