Located just outside the village of Jesus, and halfway to the beach S'estanyol both the beach and the Talamanca is reached by walking in less than 20 min. and by car in 5 min. It is far from the city of Ibiza 3 km allowing walk a pleasant walk through the wetland Ses Feixes de Talamanca.
fully fenced house, overlooking the sea and mountains, as well as the walled city of D'Alt Vila (Eivissa).
The villa has many outdoor spaces around the house, with a full kitchen on the outside composed of gas cooker, dishwasher, sink and chill out areas that allow you to fully enjoy the great outdoors. Housing has an outdoor swimming pool of 14 x 4. 5m, ideal for swimming.
The house inside is distributed with three bedrooms, the master bedroom being in the upper room expecting a full bathroom with Jacuzzi, with separate living area with access to private terrace with loungers and great views.
Downstairs, there are two double rooms with shared bathroom.
Outside, annex to the house, we have a double room, equipped with bathroom and exercise room (gym) plus a spacious lounge.
The whole house is decorated with extraordinary and unique artworks is also decorated with wooden furniture and fine materials.
Among the many amenities of the apartment include its sea, the countryside and the ancient city of Vila D'Alt and satellite TV services, WI-FI, BBQ, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer, A / A , jacuzzi, alarm, safe ...

Fantastische villa op een heerlijke plek op Ibiza

Een prachtige authentieke villa op een van de mooiste plekken van Ibiza. De villa is heerlijk ruim met een geweldige grote tuin met gigantisch zwembad. Jose is de beste host die je kan wensen. Hij staat altijd voor je klaar om te helpen en niets is onmogelijk. Wij bevelen deze villa ten zeerste aan een zullen hier zeker terugkomen.

Wonderful stay

José is a nice host, was quick in respons and he solved difficulties or any questions very smooth. The house is big in a quiet neighbourhood and close to Ibiza and lovely beaches. We recommend the house to everybody.

Wonderful stay

Ruhig dennoch zentral gelegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Es ist in einem älteren stile, welches man zum teil auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Das Haus war sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok, wir haben allerdings nicht selbst gekocht, nur kleine Snacks vorbereitet, dafür hat es ausgereicht. Am Pool hatte es wahnsinnig viele Wespen, was es am Nachmittag eher schwierig machte zu schwimmen. Jose war freundlich.

Weekend getaway in the sun

The property was great and as described. The whole group loved it and the pool was lovely for cooling off in. Location wise the property is great for Talamanca and getting to Ibiza town, and we were easily able to travel around the island from there.

Prima finca met een zeer gastvrije eigenaar

Over t algemeen een huis van vele gemakken voorzien, maar ook een aantal zaken zoals armaturen, keukengerei en kooktoestellen die een update kunnen gebruiken. Verder voorzien van heerlijke bedden en een prima zwembad. Wel zijn er in de avond veel muggen. Dit mocht voor ons de grootste pret niet drukken. José (de eigenaar) was zeer gastvrij en heel behulpzaam.

May be lost in translation?

Hopefully this will be a well balanced review, of a wonderful holiday, where we want to give honest pro's and con's. Its best to start with the accuracy of the description, where we've marked the Villa down for the following reasons, to make other families aware... In the property description is says, "Outside, annex to the house, we have a double room, equipped with bathroom and exercise room (gym) plus a spacious lounge." - this area simply does not exist, and should be removed to avoid other families assuming the space is there. It isn't there, confirmed by the owner! It states that Beach Towels are provided - so we didn't take any. But there were none. We had 1 full size bath towel and 1 face towel each. (and a useful washing machine to keep them fresh and clean) - but had to buy beach towels in the resort. In terms of other bits and pieces that we found didn't quite meet expectations; No tea towels - take your own The Jacuzzi was out of service Bookshelves and Games Cupboards were locked, but temptingly on display, which was a shame as we'd have like to use them. The pool was VERY rough under foot, natural tiles, but this lead to our youngest 2 having to wear plasters all week, as their toes were shredded! Take Pool Shoes and you'll be fine :) Both ovens worked, but not great. Eat out! The location is VERY quiet and safe, but you should get a hire car. Overall the property is lovely and well kept, and Ibiza is an absolute treat. But make sure you make note of the omissions and inaccuracies, and if you're ok with those, then you'll go prepared. :)

Toller Vermieter

Ich habe als Titel gleich mal den Vermieter erwähnt, weil er wirklich nette und freundlich und ein cooler Typ ist. Er hat uns ein paar Vorräte eingekauft, sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns zuletzt auch noch zu einem Ausflug auf sein Boot eingeladen. Das Haus könnte ein bisschen technische Modernisierung vertragen, hat aber einfach Charme so wie es ist und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
