Inside the spacious living room with TV, dining area, open full equipped kitchen, a beautiful light enter from the big sliding glass windows.
Villa Lola is developed on several floor by an internal staircase. On the first floor 4 Two bedrooms with double bed (180cm), en-suite bathroom, TV. One has also a private terrace. On the same floor other 2 bedroom with shared bathroom and double bed (one 160 the other 180 cm)

The poperty is completed fenced in a 1000m2 plot, with 2 covered parking spaces, a loundry room, guest toilet and automatic enter door.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool

Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
