House Beautiful Ibizan modernist inspiration

It is located in a quiet typical Ibizan town that has maintained its rural character, just 15 minutes from the city of Ibiza.

The house offers great comfort.

The house is divided into two floors. The ground floor has kitchen, living room and toilet. The first floor has 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace outdoor and 1 indoor terrace.

In the living room, a TV and a router to allow Internet access is available.

The kitchen has a large hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, hob, a large table for 8 comersales and all necessary cooking utensils.

The disponde house garden with hammocks, table for 6 comersales, a traditional barbecue and a pool of 8 meters long and 4 meters wide.

A perfect place to enjoy with family or friends.

The house is ideal for up to 6 people, whether family, partner or friends.

No parties or events are allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted.

One word needed, wonderful

The house is fully equipped. Also the location is great as it is around the corner from all the facilites of the town. Elizabeth and Juan are incredibly friendly and helpful. Really highly recommended!

The perfect home in the prefect location. 20 minutes for everywhere and a million miles from everything. Amazing hosts. Close by and willing to help with even the most basic things. But never intrusive. Absolutely recommended

Brilliant stay for our brilliant week

This is a gorgeous villa. It’s feels much bigger than in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The garden is the jewel, lovely pool and, large outdoor table and green area. The lemon tree adds a calming aesthetic- next time we’ll bring a least one pool inflatables. Even though the villa is on the main road, you don’t feel very exposed / there’s a lot of privacy. There’s easy parking on the street just steps away. The villa short walk into Santa Gertrudis - literally 5 minutes - and there’s a taxi rank there with a number to call to order taxis. Elizabeth and Juan were really welcoming hosts, they very kindly stocked the fridge with goodies for us and were accessible and helpful throughout our week. I can’t thank them enough for all they did. We will definitely be back next year!

Alles nur nicht leise

Haus und Garten ist sehr schön, auch die Lage ist ideal, wenn da nicht die Baustelle und die stark befahre Umgehungsstraße gewesen wären. Die 5/7 Baustelle am Nachbarhaus wird sicher irgendwann beendet. Der Autolärm durch insbesondere Schwerlastverkehr und "sportliche" Autofahrer, auf der nur durch eine Gehwegbreite entfernten Umgehungsstraße macht jeden Genuss im schönen Garten, am kühlen Pool und am äußerst funktionellen Grillplatz völlig unmöglich. Der als Poller überhöhte Fußgängerüberweg genau am Haus sorgt für einen sehr unschönen Stopp-and-Go Lärm. Sehr schade. Wir sind nach etwas mehr als der Hälfte unseres Urlaubs bei gütlicher Einigung mit den netten Hausbesitzern ausgezogen. FeWo hat uns allerdings die Rückzahlung ihrer "Servicekosten" für die nicht in Anspruch genommenen Tage verweigert. Sehr schlecht von FeWo, die sich aus jeder Mitverantwortung herausgeredet haben...

A real gem

Just spent a wonderful 12 days in St Gertrudis. Elizabeth and Juan are amazing hosts - they greeted us in person on our first day and had stocked the fridge with so many treats and essentials to help us. As our stay went on, they left us almond pastries and home grown passions fruit. The villa is super with everything you need and very spacious; the pool always in sunshine with shade afforded by the lovely lemon tree. The villa itself is located down a private road, just off the main square in St Gertrudis which has to be one of the most special villages on the island, full of great places to eat and shop. It's also a perfect location to explore from as everything is only a 25 min drive a way maximum on the island. We'll definitely be heading back again.

The villa is fantastic, large, very clean equipped with everything. The owners are very kind and always available. The swimming pool and the outdoor garden are perfect for resting after a day at the beach and the sea, we will be back next year!

Wonderful stay

This is a lovely home in an outstanding location with excellent hosts. Everything is well thought out and everything you might need (kitchenwares, etc.) available. The style is classic old-fashioned - but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in Santa Gertrudis

The house is well situated near the centre of Santa Gertruida (100 metres away). Very nice owners of the house, fridge was filled with all kinds of nice drinks, breakfast stuff etc. Lovely pool and the house was very clean. Definitely want to come back again!

Incredibly homely with brilliant hosts

Casa Sosiego is a beautiful villa set 2 minutes walk from the centre of atmospheric Santa Gertrudis. It is the perfect oasis. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is incredibly spacious and has a lovely homely feel. Elizabeth and Juan are superb hosts and provided an incredible welcome pack that was totally unexptected. Our children absolutely loved staying here. I would highly recommend this Villa

Fantastic Villa, Wonderful Welcome

What a fantastic villa, the photographs really don't do it justice. We stayed here for 5 nights in October and received a warm welcome from Juan and Elizabeth. They were very friendly and helpful and the treat of some pastries one morning delivered by Elizabeth was just a really thoughtful extra touch. The villa is in a great location for a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Santa Gertrudis but with a garden and pool as lovely as this one its definitely worth a night in for a BBQ. I would highly recommend this villa and will be back for my next visit to Ibiza

Wunderschön und sehr sauber!

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieternrn war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Das Konzept der Vermieter ist durchdacht und mehr als zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Home from Home

We have just had two weeks at this wonderful villa. It really felt like home. Which was so great for our 18 month old daughter. It’s so clean and Cosy. Everything about our stay was just lovely. It’s so close to the village with all the great shops and restaurants. We will most definitely come back again. The garden and pool are so well kept and pretty. The owners are the loveliest people who can’t do enough for you. We have loved every minute of this holiday. Over all a really delightful stay.

Perfection!

The most perfect location, two giant strides to the bars and restaurants. The house has is well equipped. Everything is provided..... dishwasher tablets ,hand wash, washing powder tablets and the biggest plus was the well stocked ‘fridge. Milk, wine, beer, orange juice, sangria, meats , cheese ,butter plus breakfast cereal and bread........ the most relaxing 10 days. Also , as a little treat from Elizabeth, she bought us local parties for our breakfast one morning..spoilt! Bill and Lynne..... Cheshire .

Perfekt zum zu entspannen und erholen

Sehr schönes und liebevoll gepflegtes Haus an einer ruhigen Lage. Alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümer Juan und Elizabeth sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren 6 Leute und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Splendid accommodation. Well equipped for 5 of us. Great location.

We stayed a week at this property. Everything we could have wanted or needed was provided and Elizabeth our host had stocked the fridge and was pains to ensure our we had everything we were comfortable. Great location for Santa Gertrudis with its chic shops and great bars. Our flight home was delayed and were were supplied with snacks for our homeward journey. Great spot. Chris Gray

Had such a brilliant week staying in Sta Gertrudis at this lovely house

Just back from a really amazing week in Sta Gertrudis. We were made to feel so welcome by Elizabeth. The house has literally everything you would want or need. Beautiful place and it’s so handy to get everywhere on the island. The village is a minutes walk away and has a lovely relaxed feeling. We will definitely be back to stay at the house next time we come to Ibiza. Elizabeth and Juan are great hosts. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!
