La propietaria, Arelys, muy amable y servicial, nos ayudó a reservar los tours, nos recomendó restaurantes de la zona y estuvo atenta a cualquier necesidad durante nuestra estancia.

"Very nice family owned property with cabins in good condition and breakfast included. They don’t push for tours and you are free to choose your own tour company. There were bugs in the bedrooms and on the bed which we had to clear but that is expected in a eco resort in the mountains surrounded by woods.
The bathroom was very spacious and nice. Only issue was the hot and cold water was not mixing well and only producing luke warm water "

"The location is so wonderful! It’s far away enough from downtown that cars don’t bother you, yet close enough to quickly go anywhere you might want. The decoration of the rooms is pretty, and the owners were absolutely amazing! Bugs can sneak in under the door, but not horribly. And I never figured out the shower… could be a me thing. Overall such a wonderful stay!"

"Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue maravillosa. El hotel está muy bonito y lo tienen muy bien conservado. Tienen espacios muy agradables y senderos, y el restaurante la verdad fue de lo mejor que probamos en Monteverde.
El personal del hotel sumamente amable, nos atendieron en recepción Ariana y Yerlin, y nos asesoraron sobre las actividades de tours disponibles y nos apoyaron en reservarlas. Teníamos algunas dudas y fueron muy amables en ayudarnos a resolverlas. Incluso me ayudó un buen rato para ver la mejor ruta para tomar carretera a Tamarindo.
Durante nuestra estadía fue cumpleaños de mi esposa y mandaron un cupcake a la habitación con una vela.
