We have a queen bed, a sofa bed where an adult or two children can enter, kitchen equipped with dining room, living room with Smart TV, washing machine and 2 bathrooms. We also have work areas with lots of lighting.
The social areas of the building are of a high standard. They have a game room, gym, swimming pool and grills for you to enjoy your vacation.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTIES
*Capacity: 4 adults, and in the sofa bed 1 or 2 small children.
* One bath towel is provided per guest and one facial and floor towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated.
- Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not restocked. Additional items can be purchased at the nearest supermarket.
- Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility.
- Extra linen/bathroom and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with us.
* Cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
- Early check in and late check out are based on availability and have an extra charge.
- If you plan to arrive early in the morning or leave late at night, the only way to ensure availability is by booking an extra night before or after your stay.
