  • Llevo ya 8 años alquilando mi casa. El año pasado la gestionaba una agencia inmobiliaria, ¡pero ahora vuelvo a encargarme yo! No encontrarás muchas opiniones en esta web, pero quiero que sepas que soy «Superhost» y que me enorgullece mucho hacer todo lo posible para que disfrutes de una estancia estupenda en mi casa.
    ¡Relájate en el «Golden Corridor» de Beach Hill, en Santa Cruz! Beach Hill está justo encima del paseo marítimo, a tres manzanas de la playa y a un paseo del centro. Disfruta de este barrio tranquilo antes de dar un paseo hasta el paseo marítimo y West Cliff para disfrutar de divertidas actividades en la playa, surf, atracciones en el parque de atracciones y observar a la gente. ¡Hay estupendas rutas para caminar, correr y montar en bici muy cerca! Acércate al centro para disfrutar de buenos restaurantes y la vida nocturna, o come en el muelle. ¡Todo está cerca y es muy cómodo!

We loved staying here! The location is a quick walk to the boardwalk but tucked away enough to keep it private. The home had plenty of space and beds for my family of 4 (we honestly could have added 3 more people!) with fresh, comfortable beds and linens. Great communication with the owner on recommendations for local coffee and breakfast spots. We hope to visit and stay here again!

The house was awesome. The location couldn't have been better. And Kim is an awesome and attentive host. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant and everyone really enjoyed the house. It was close to the beach and Boardwalk and we definitely got some exercise being able to walk (safely). That added a huge benefit to the property and everybody really appreciated that part. House was big and plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of space to hang out in the kitchen/dining area while people cooked. The back patio was spacious with decent seating and a fire pit which was a bonus. Master bedroom was huge and we loved the french doors that open to a full height window basically. Plenty of closet and storage space for our short stay. Check in and out was a breeze and all communication with the host were responsive and helpful. Would rent again if it came up.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in every room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Very cute home close to the beach and boardwalk. Well stocked, even creamer for coffee! Grandparents and 5 grandchildren stayed and the layout worked well.

Beautiful home! We felt like we were on a gettaway vacation! Loved the two patios too! So close to the boardwalk and beach. Surrounding houses and neighborhood very nice and friendly neighbors! Kim was the perfect host she kept up informed well before our stay and checked in on us during! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, furnishings and decor.

Very welcoming 3 story home with everything we needed including treats and a Nespresso machine. Weather was cold and windy so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio. Great location. Only negative was the inability to park more than one car on the property.

Great location & house

This 3 bedroom/2 bath contemporary home is warm, cozy and nicely furnished. Kitchen has all the amenities, including a welcome snack basket, YUM! The bedrooms have good lighting, comfy beds and pillows. And the bathrooms are supplied with towels and supplies. Everything was very clean and usable. The location is near all attractions and easy to get to any restaurant or grocery store. The host provided timely information and responded quickly to any question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The host responded immediately to my many questions. The third-floor suite was especially nice—great mattress, too. The clean kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, and my husband said the Weber grill worked great. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so we were surprised at the amount of traffic. At times it was quite noisy, even with the windows closed. The white noise machine provided for the upstairs bedroom didn't completely mask the traffic noise, but fortunately the portable white noise device I had brought with me did. Light sleepers might opt for one of the two downstairs bedrooms, which were quiet. Great location—walkable to the wharf, boardwalk, and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is great - perfect for walking. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Santa Cruz!
