Perfectly situated just steps away from the sandy beach, Surf City Villas is the ultimate seaside retreat for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a romantic getaway. As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by an elegantly designed living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and coastal accents. The mahogany doors and high ceilings creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchens in each suite feature stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cabinet space make cooking a breeze. Gather in the outdoor fire table to share laughter and delicious meals with your loved ones.
Celebrate the breezy Santa Cruz evenings on a sprawling 500sqft patio, complete with a comfortable seating arrangement, a BBQ grill, and a fire table dining area - all perfect for hosting cookouts or simply lounging in the sun. City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Maximum number of guests is 12 persons. Owner will send separate contract for guest`s signature.

In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4%.

Santa Cruz at the Boardwalk

This property was the perfect location for my sons wedding. The privacy that the 5 individual rooms offered was really nice each room was comfortable and well appointed.The proximity to the Boardwalk and the pier couldn't have been better. If you're planning a trip to Sant Cruz I would highly recommend staying at this location

Wow! What a location!

Great Multi-Family Spot

Was in town for daughters wedding, needed a place to accommodate various families and members and this was perfect! All units were well appointed, clean, gave everyone their own space but still close to each other. Location was great too, with walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Derrick and management company was very attentive and communicated well. Looking forward to staying there again as a home base to explore the area further with space to relax after!

Family Birthday Trip

Wow wow wow. This property really is amazing. First thing I want to note is the communication between us and the host/owners was stellar. They made sure we checked in okay and even let us know about some of the fun activities going on around us for the weekend. If we had an issue (really didn’t have any but the gate getting stuck open which was an easy fix) they replied almost immediately. We had family from both sides coming so it was really nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms so no awkward waiting to go potty! We came to enjoy the beach and boardwalk for my youngest son’s birthday but the boys had just as much fun playing in the gated portion of the property. The futons were beautiful to look at, comfortable to sit on and sleep! My 4 1/2 year old and 3 year old easily shared the futon. All of the units were very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. All of our family were also very impressed with the property. We will definitely be coming back to make more memories.

Family Reunion in Santa Cruz

These four units are ideal for adults travelling together, with our without little one(s). King Suites with kitchenettes and small bathrooms. The kitchenettes are poorly equipped, the TV set-up was difficult to operate, and the foldout couches are actually folddown, like a futon, which would make it difficult to put three kids to sleep on it as it makes two distinct sleeping areas. These were minor issues, really. We rented the larger property next door and we had a great time with four generations. Host is wonderful!

Location, Location, Location!!

All rooms are so very well appointed! Beds are comfortable! Bathrooms cute and clean, shower beautiful! Great kitchen space. Outdoor patio is such a fun hang out spot! Extra shower outside helps wash off the sand. The beach and wharf just flip flops away! The owners are responsive and the care for the property shows! Love the gate and door security! Everyone was thrilled to be there.

Great accommodations and great location

We were very impressed by the property, its location, and amenities. The check-in process was well documented and easy. The host communicated the right information at the right time. The location had private parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really liked having our own 'suite' for each couple and a nice outdoor space to gather. Just steps from the Santa Cruz pier and the Beach Boardwalk and a short walk to downtown we didn't have to drive the entire weekend. The check-out process was also easy and reasonable.

Do Not Hesitate to Book

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We were a group of 6 adults. We all enjoyed the convenience of the property location, privacy, parking, and security, The rooms were clean, comfortable and just like pics shown online . We all gushed how relaxing it was at the end of day to take a hot shower and relax in our rooms. Due to poor weather conditions, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area. However, we unanimously agreed we have to come back again soon to enjoy it. The check in process was easy. The property manager sent short vids to assist in getting onto property. I am always anxious about new places and these vids put me at complete ease. Thank you for providing a SC haven for my family!!!

This place is perfect for 3-4 couples. Everything you could need is provided. Super clean, nicely decorated and perfect location. This is the best vrbo ive ever rented! Location is so close to the ocean you can hear waves crashing. The amount of detail put into each villa was amazing! Pictures dont do it justice.. if youre looking for a great vacation spot, dont hesitate! You wont be disappointed. Laslty the manager and owners are so quick to respond to any questions you have that you are never left hanging. Will definitely be back!

Doesn't Get Better Than This!!

What an amazing place to stay! We are bay area locals that chose this spot for a family reunion. The family & I were so impressed by the beauty of the property, the amenities provided, location & convenience to get down to the beach, boardwalk & wharf in just a few steps.
