A short driving distance from Gunlock Reservoir and Snow Canyon State Park, there is plenty of Southern Utah for you to explore. Take a walk along one of the many bike paths connected directly to the home, or never leave home! No matter the time of day, the mountain views from the back patio will take your breath away. With a private pool, spa, and an outdoor fireplace you wouldn't have to leave the Southern Comfort to have the vacation of a lifetime!

This Brand new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom is 3000 SF and comfortably sleeps 19 guests in beds. Cook dinner in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen before sitting down to good food and even better company. Enjoy the family room with a 75" 4K smart TV with YouTube TV included. This beautiful property will keep your kids busy with a Nintendo, basketball arcade, a pickleball set, and a ping pong table. Extended Family Getaway

Awesome extended weekend stay with our married kids, grandchildren and my parents. The configuration was perfect with plenty of king size bed suites and a bunk room for the kiddos. All of the furniture was comfortable and well kept up. We had plenty of space to spread out as well. Having 2 large gathering rooms was wonderful. We loved having our own pool as well as access to the larger pool across the street with the slide and splash pad. A grocery store was close as well as other shops for anything we needed or forgot. The complex also had a gym and pickle ball courts available. I took off one star on location due to the home backed a street that was busy with constant dump trucks for some construction up the street and it was loud all day in the backyard. When the construction finishes it should be much quieter. We would for sure come back. The rental company was super easy to work with and sent us several texts during our stay and before with updates and access info. Any help was just a text away. We were even offered a discount on staying and additional night the day before check out. It was a wonderful trip.

Very nice home

We thought the home was very nice and pretty. We felt like the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning, but I notified Red Sands. Great location to Tuacahn. Beds were pretty good and we felt like the kitchen was pretty well supplied, except for spices. There were absolutely no spices! I would recommend it to others.

Excellent home for a large group in a quieter location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, and there is plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed having an on-site, private pool, and the common pool area was much more convenient than other locations we’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and the house was pretty functional for our size of a group. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Perfect

This place was absolutely perfect for us! I love that each room had a bathroom and the pool was so fun! Nice and heated since it was cold when we went down. They were also so quick to respond with the things we needed. Will stay there again.
