LAYOUT
This single-story home accommodates up to 6 guests and features individual mini-split heating and air conditioning. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full hallway bathroom serving all three bedrooms.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a sofa, armchair, wall-mounted TV, large windows, and additional lighting. It sits just inside the front entrance and connects directly to the adjoining kitchen and dining area.

KITCHEN & DINING
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, cabinetry, and countertop preparation space. The adjoining dining area has a table with seating for 4.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, closet storage, a dedicated desk with office chair, ceiling fan, and its own mini-split heating and air-conditioning unit.

BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 has one double bed, bedside furniture, closet storage, a dedicated desk with office chair, ceiling fan, and its own mini-split heating and air-conditioning unit.

BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 has one double bed, bedside tables and lamps, closet storage, a dedicated desk and chair, and its own mini-split heating and air-conditioning unit. A sliding glass door provides direct access to the rear deck and backyard.

BATHROOM
The home has one full bathroom located off the main hallway, with a single-sink vanity and a tub/shower combination.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

BACKYARD
The private backyard includes a raised deck with outdoor dining, a patio umbrella, additional seating, a gazebo, paved patio areas, landscaping, and a large open yard.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and private backyard, with no shared spaces. A one-car garage suitable for a small to medium-sized vehicle is available for guest use, along with driveway and street parking. Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad, with access details provided before arrival.

Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in from 2:00 PM may be available for an additional $100. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Same-day early check-in requests may not be accommodated.

LATE CHECKOUT: Standard checkout is at 11:00 AM. When approved in advance, late checkout is $15 per 15-minute increment after 11:00 AM, with 2:00 PM as the latest possible checkout time. Guests who remain past 11:00 AM without an approved late checkout will be charged $30 per 15-minute increment.
• No parties or events. Violations will result in an immediate $1,000 fee plus the cost of any damages, cleaning, or loss of future bookings.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors and community.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval.
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.
• Do not tamper with security devices, smoke detectors, or internet equipment.
• A $250 replacement fee will be charged for each lost garage door opener.
• Please report any issues, damages, or concerns within 12 hours of check-in so they can be documented and addressed promptly.
