Great 3 Bedroom 1 Bath beach house in peaceful local neighborhood in convenient location adjacent to the Harbor, breakwater, wharf and funk zone. The house is only 100 steps to Shoreline Park, with easy access via wooden stairs to a great often secluded beach. There is a play area in the park for Kids! Walk, ride or drive a mile to the SB Harbor & the scenic Breakwater. Just a little further down the coastline is Stearn's Wharf, lower State Street and the popular "Funk Zone" area. The Funk Zone is now home to over 10 restaurants, brew houses, a bakery, fish market, over 15 winery tasting rooms and shopping.

Shoreline Park is 2 houses away - a local gem along a half mile strip of oceanfront land, made into a park in the 50's. It is so popular due to the easy walking along the ocean, a great updated kids play area, acres of grass, beach access, and even surfing at Ledbetter Point.

There are 3 mature fruit trees - lime, lemon and tangelo available for your use, depending on the time of year!

Ocean Palms Oasis is less than 1/2 mile to Mesa shopping, the ever- popular Lazy Acres market ( boutique market with too many choices and prepared food), Vons Market, a CVS & coffee shops. The house is also close to many local restaurants, on the Mesa - the Rose Cafe, Mesa Burger, Ichiban Sushi, Alcazar Tapas Bar, Mesa Verde vegetarian, Corner Tap Brew House, Mesa Thai and at the Harbor and Stearn's Wharf area....including Tomas Italian, Brophy Brothers, The Breakwater, Harbor Restaurant, Santa Barbara Shellfish, the Lucky Penny, the Lark, and many more options .
