"I really loved this hotel, however, as a single woman I did not feel safe in this part of town. There was a used condom in the parking lot, and cigarette butts and stuff all around- I was also accosted several times by the men staying at the halfway house across the street. It’s a shame really as it is beautiful, super close to the boardwalk and downtown and the staff are lovely and breakfast great. "Very nice little motel. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and services. Very nice walk along the rail trail to downtown Summerside. Staff were very pleasant and it was great having laundry on site."

"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon...

"This place could really use some updating, the fridge hummed loudly off and on all day, I found many hairs on the bed, only the two smallest burners worked and whoever was in the room above me constantly walked back and forth all day & night! And I have yet to receive my damage deposit as today and I checked-out on Saturday April 18th!"
