"We had a great stay. We are visiting from the USA and are booking hotels as we go, not ahead of time. We found this hotel around 6-7 PM and rang from the keypad on site. We were instructed to communicate from WhatsApp and everything from there went smoothly and quickly (as there wasn’t a host on site at that time). "Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. "Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. "Apartment was located 100 meters from the Piazza Duomo, shopping and restaurants. Great spot for a day to explore Messina or take the ferry to mainland Italy. Breakfast was not included in the booking but the host provided it for free anyway. Highly recommend this B&B. "

"Very beautiful building with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very personable. There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
