Very bright apartment located in Bajo guía, Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz), with a capacity of up to 7 people.



The accommodation is very spacious (95m2), including a large terrace (16m2) overlooking the estuary and Doñana. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, and another with views of the pool and two single beds (trundle bed type), from which you can take a third bed exactly the same.

The living room, with a brand new and huge sofa bed for two people. The kitchen, also overlooking the pool, fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, ...

Two full bathrooms, one that is part of the master bedroom and the other exactly the same for the rest of the house, with hairdryer and everything you need.



The apartment has air conditioning and WiFi connection, Netflix, Prime video.



Outside, large saltwater pool, summer season, with Concierge Service from June 3 to September 10 and two paddle tennis courts.

The apartment is located just 250 meters from the beach of Bajo de Guia and close to other beaches of Sanlucar de Barrameda. In the area there are cafes, supermarkets and all the great restaurants of Bajo de Guia at hand. Sanlúcar is known for its good gastronomy, its good people and its sunny days. In August the famous horse races are held on its beaches, an internationally known equestrian event.

Sanlúcar has many charming little corners, which you can discover walking around the city, the old town is a delight, its food market, the Palace of Medina Sidonia, the Castle of Santiago...etc.
