"I had a good stay at this property. Place was clean, very nice gym and pool area with a nice view. You have a few restaurants to eat nearby and most of the tourist places are not far from the location. The metro station is not as close as you wish to, but you can always use DiDi. Having the washer and dryer in the room was a great plus."

We asked for a non smoking room and our level-12 room smelled unpleasantly, heavy cigar smell. -We booked the hotel because of the view, but the view from our room was frankly terrible. -Reception desk staff english proficiency is severely limited. Communication can be a big big challenge for non-mandarin speakers."

Great location, next to metro station so good access to the other parts of the city. Close enough to Sanlitun shopping areas without being directly in the super busy zone. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!"

"The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement"

"The location of the property is ideal, close to a metro station and it also is near to shops and some restaurants. What lets it down is staff, they weren’t very friendly but did speak English, which was very much appreciated. However, whenever you asked them for something there was always an excuse e.g. checking in early we were asked to pay more. I asked them where the bar was, they said they didn’t have one - even though there was a sign in the lift for it. The worst thing is I wasn’t...
