Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 212. Beautiful furnishings, an awesome view and extra touches make this condo a must stay! This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed plus a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses in a separate air-conditioned area off the master bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking the lush tropical grounds, with the Gulf in the distance. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators--all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Just a short walk to the beach and pool and direct access to the famous bike trails of Sanibel Island. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. occupancy limit is 4 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Lovely apartment!

We really liked the apartment. It is completely updated, spotless and is just like the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has private access to the beach, just a minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location. Wonderful accommodations. The best part is a short walk to the beach. Spent a lot of time on the beach. Also enjoyed renting bikes and being able to ride all over the island.

Amazing view and private screened in porch!

Five minutes from the beach with amazing view of the ocean. Lots of space with heated pool and shuffle board, tennis courts etc. Make sure to bring your own beach towels!

Arrive in Daylight

Property and location are great but building, parking, and room numbers are nearly impossible to see in the dark. Also, we didn’t have after hours check-in information and owner did not reply to my husband’s message. Once we figured out what to do, all was well. We would stay there again now that we know the drill. Landscaping was a mess by condo but hope that was a temporary issue. Condo itself was lovely and Sanibel is beautiful.

The view from the lanai of the water exceeded expectations!!! It was a great way to start every day enjoying the view. The property was very clean and comfortable, and we had no problems with parking as the unit had an assigned parking space. We found it very beneficial to rent a car for this trip so we could "beach hop" and continue our shelling adventures. Also the drive to Captiva was amazing! The property had three easy access paths to the beach all no more than a 5 minute walk from the condo. We didn't use the pool but it was very close also. Renting the bikes was super easy (we just did it the morning we wanted to ride) and it was an awesome way to explore the island's beauty with bike paths everywhere. We were arriving after 5 pm but called the office before to let know know/ask how to get the key after 5 and they had alternate key pick up arrangements all set. It was really easy! We would definitely come back again.

Easy beach access, great view and comfortable condo.

The condo complex has three easy beach access paths. The unit we rented had a nice view just like the photo in the listing. Our family enjoyed the view form the spacious lanai. We also appreciated the comfortable family room seating for evening movie watching. We could not logon to the internet but learned at check out that we should have called for help. The maintenance staff has some expertise helping with this issue. Thanks for a nice place to stay.

Great Family Beach Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family beach vacation. Good location, well maintained property, community grill was awesome, quick beach access. Kitchen was a little small, but it worked out just fine! Thanks again for a great time!

Good!

The facilities were very good. Green areas were beautiful with a short walk distance to the beach. Apartment 212 had a nice view but the ocean is barely seen. Upon arrival, the elevator was not working which was very stressful specially when having to go up the stairs with luggage to the 4th floor (unit is on the 4th floor). However, this was fixed within 1/2 hour since we arrived during office hours so I would worry if arriving after 5 and finding no one to report this or any other problem to. Also, make sure your reservation shows the number of people staying. Description said it could accommodate 6 people and it didn’t show any price difference at all when making the reservation for 4 or 6 people. There seemed to be some confusion about this during check in. Parking is for one car only. However, an apartment that accommodates 6 people should provide for at least 2 cars. I asked for an additional pass and had no problem. Not sure if it would be the same during high season. Other than that, we found the apartment clean and fully equipped for cooking and enjoying. Staff was helpful and we had a nice time at the property.

Great grounds- so very well maintained, lovely condo with all the modern decor - immaculately clean, close to beach and very nice staff- extremely helpful. Would highly reccomend unit 212- lovely!
