Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella!  The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! Simply relax and enjoy the beach and pool! RSW airport is only 50 minutes away….Come stay….Sanibel makes memories!

Meets all cleaning standards for Covid sanitation

Unit 304 was protected by shutters during hurricane Ian . The condo was spared with no water damage. what you see in this photos is still how it remains. Fresh paint was added but colors are the same .

Notice: Guest or Traveler will be reimbursed 100% of their reservation if there is a named storm/hurricane during their stay. Kindly message us through the inbox to notify us.

My Building will be closed September 7th 2026- September 28th 2026, reopening September 29, 2026. Offering a 20% discount beginning August 17th 2026 due to a concrete restoration project on the grounds. Contact owner for details through Vrbo.

What a wonderful trip. The location is amazing and the hostess is so gracious. The hostess had the best communication, from restaurant ideas, and places to visit, and very quick response to any and all questions we had. Highly suggest the keyless entry system. It was very convenient.

Our host was extremely attentive to all communication. The condo was located in a good spot for access to the beautiful pool area and only a few extra steps to the beach. Great location to explore the rest of the Island. Very accommodating space to have local friends and family visitors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful day. I’ve never had better communication from an owner. I’m so grateful for the time and attention she spent making sure everything was perfect. The staff at Sanibel Siesta-Incredible. Check-in was a breeze- so nice to have a garage. Condo location was perfect. We were steps from beach and had great view of pool/our kids playing. The unit was lovely. Starter supplies for everything (as advised before arrival) New commercial washers and dryers very close- cost 2/load. Large screened in porch. Very clean. Living room furniture/appliances all seemed new. I like that it felt like home- rather than sterile hotel stay. We would absolutely stay here again. A 5Anne sends great message with helpful hints- If possible, bring some Laundry soap/dryer sheets paper towels dishwasher soap etc from home- save . Grocery items can be purchased at local grocery- this helps support them post hurricane- to save , just got over the bridge (not far) to Ft Meyers. There’s great fishing just past surf directly off condos. Sanibel Deli has the most extensive GF sandwich options we have ever seen. Unbelievable, affordable food. Bring spray for NoSeeUms (correct brand on Anne’s list) Don’t wait and see if they are a problem. Use the spray :) Bring own beach towels to save money OR rent from condos. The awesome staff run this and it’s their business. Condo provides beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, floaties. We had a great experience here. Very happy with everything!

Great accommodations with direct access to the beach!

Management was very accommodating and helped resolve several parking issues we ran into. It would be fair to say they went out of their way to correct an issue with other cars blocking access to the garage.Her condo we rented had all the amenities anyone on vacation would have wanted. Ann Rice was in touch with us directly before, during and after our lease to make sure we were comfortable. Nice clean unit that provided very comfortable living. Had a great vacation. Billm

Outstanding experience

My daughters and I found this VRBO to be above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and decor were comfortable and stylish. The beds were comfy and having a garage to keep the car in was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Great time

Condo was true to the listing. Pool was great and the condo complex is right on the beach. Anne was a great host, very easy to communicate with and provided restaurant suggestions. Great stay for a family of 4!

A little Worn

The complex is in a great location just steps from the beach. The beach here is plentiful, beautiful and not at all crowded. We did not like the lagoon running through the center of the complex. It is murky unattractive and lends a dank smell to the area. Pool is great. Beach equipment was as described. There are bar b q grills on the premises that we did not use. The unit has an extra room off the master that smells moldy, we kept it closed which made the Master dark Having a garage was very nice. Sheets are limp and stained. Towels are professionally replaced which is great. Living Room rug is ratty. Unit just needs a refresh and new linens. It is one of the only places available for short rental on the beach. The owner Ann is very nice. Since we did not cook or eat here we just feel we should have stayed at the hotel next door for less money. ..but then I have a thing about decent sheets.

Convenient and Easy

This unit is easy to get to and located in an easy to access location on the island. It is also just steps from the beach, shells, and sunsets! We had a terrific time and used all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and pool, and we enjoyed watching them from the provided beach chairs! Annie was extremely responsive with all of my questions (where to eat, buy groceries and more!).

The condo was great with everything needed … and Annie exceeded all expectations in her communication regarding the property and check-in process! We are accustomed to staying on west gulf Dr (pre-hurricane Ian) but it was nice to get acquainted with this side of the island!

Peaceful Getaway

There are nothing but good things to say about this property, its location to the beach , the owner , and Sanibel itself. The condo is well kept and overall clean. It could use a little updating but it’s truly the location and the owner who make this property magical. Annie is literally the best owner I have ever dealt with thru VRBO. She not only communicates very well but she genuinely wants you to have a good time offer recommendations for food and shopping. The people who live on the Island are equally as welcoming. Would recommend this property to many keeping in mind that the glitz and glam doesn’t come from the physical appearance of the condo itself but from the beautiful heart of the owner, and the magical peace of the community within the Island. .

Perfect Anniversary Venue

I booked 25th wedding anniversary stay in April 2024. Then Debbie, Helene and Milton hit Florida west coast. My sponsor Ann provided timely update on the property and reassured us that all would be great. Ann's objective updates wer very helpful and enabled us to have our best anniversary trip ever. Sanibel Apartment

Wir waren direkt nach den Hurricanes dort und es liefen überall noch Aufräumarbeiten. Die Insel ist doch ganz schön mitgenommen. Das Apartment war ok. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, das ist toll. Größe und Ausstattung sind gut, aber es ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Stühle Lösen sich teilweise auf und wir fanden die Einrichtung eher kitschig.

Wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta. The property is very clean, well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. Our unit was exactly as it appeared in the listing and you are truly only a few steps away from Sanibel’s soft beach sand and millions of seashells.
