On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and has an estimated completion date of AUGUST 2026. ELEVATORS ARE NOT OPERATIONAL AT THIS TIME. Exterior landscaping projects are on going. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.****

Located on the desirable West Gulf Drive, Sand Pointe is a favorite among visitors. Unit 111 is a corner unit filled with an abundance of sun light and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico over the lagoon and pool. Following Hurricane Ian, the condo was taken down to the studs and built back with all new flooring and paint throughout, brand new AC unit, a gorgeous kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms. To complete the look, you will enjoy all new, upscale furniture & décor in coastal tones of turquoise with gorgeous tile plank wood flooring. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

It will be a breeze preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or out on the roomy lanai while taking in the Gulf view & breezes! After a day of swimming and shelling, relax in the living room while watching your favorite movie on one of the unit's 3 Smart TV's.

Enjoy Gulf views from your primary suite with a comfortable king bed and smart TV. Your spacious en-suite bathroom provides a an extended vanity with dual sinks and large, porcelain tiled, walk-in shower. Your guests will feel right at home in their space with 2 twin beds, smart TV, and is with-in steps to the second bathroom with a combo tub-shower. There is a stackable washer & dryer for your convenience. The owner has stocked this condo with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella – everything you and your family needs for those long-awaited days on the beach!

Additional amenities include community heated pool (currently not operational), elevator (currently not operational) and covered parking. The beach is easily accessible by a sandy path.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation.

We stayed for two weeks in February. The unit was recently renovated and they did a fantastic job. It was very nicely decorated and furnished and well equipped in the kitchen and laundry. The location is great with the beach right at the other end of the building and being an end unit, we had windows on the side which helped brighten the space. Our only negative is that the complex is still under significant repair so the pool and elevator were not working and there was a lot of construction going on during the stay. We were informed on this well in advance so it was no surprise. The management company and the owner were very responsive to our inquiries as well. We would definitely rent it again in the future and expect that it will be even better when the complex is fully back to normal.
