  • Luxury 3 bedroom ground level condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel one of the premier and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. The location on the coast contributes to an uncrowded stay. It is centrally located on West Gulf Dr for easy access to all island resources. Local management is onsite to assure continued quality throughout your stay.


    Our unit has been 100% renovated; EVERYTHING, from the furniture to the appliances and even the infrastructure is brand new, having been fully rebuilt after hurricane Ian. The ground floor provides 'walk out' access to the lagoon, pool, and beach. Broad views include the spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

    Pointe Santo has done a remarkable job recovering from Hurricane Ian and is now back and totally remodeled, relandscaped, and reimagined, with an exciting new pool pavilion and a fully updated look. We have brand new tennis and pickleball courts, and the office has racquets and paddles to lend.

    The interior of our unit has been totally renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. EVERYTHING is brand new. In addition to brand new central A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms so you can set a comfortable temperature in each room.

    It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.

    Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals, golf and the Sanibel Recreation Center are close by as are the island's delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries. The Sanibel Farmers' Market held on Sundays from 9-1 is not to be missed. Pick up fresh morning baked goods, the night's dinner, or veggies and fruit for a week.

    An unique feature of Pointe Santo is its supervised children’s program, available during certain seasons.

    You are never far from all the island conveniences with a gas station, grocery store and pharmacy less than a mile away, but at Pointe Santo, you are millions of miles away from hustle and bustle.

    You'll find starter supplies for all of your key needs when you arrive for your stay.

    No parties in the condo are permitted other than simple life celebrations among the occupants of the condo ( max 8 persons). Anything greater than that needs specific approval by the owners.

Awesome property

I have stayed in several condos on Sanibel Island and this condo was probably the best stocked with supplies so that we didn't have to run out immediately to the store. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and small appliances. The view of the gulf was amazing. I have stayed at Pointe Santo previously and it is well on its way to being as beautiful as it was prior to Hurricane Ian (2022). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful winter getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our escape from winter here! The owners were quick to communicate with us about the check in process. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items and beach supplies. We loved being on the bottom floor with quick access to the beach. The location was amazing. Loved being within biking distance to everything!

Spring Break

Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon.

Family Vacation

We took 94 year old mom on vacation and we were thrilled to find grab bars in walk in showers. She felt so independent. We are cooks and the stainless steel cookware was much appreciated. Even storage containers for leftovers just like home. First floor so easy to get outside. The condo community is across the street from bike path so I was able to get my runs done early. Plan your menus, buy your groceries and the big decisions will be whether to start at the pool or the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrella at the condo. Just remember to bring the bug spray—essential.

One of my favourite places on earth is Sanibel and usually go every couple of years. On this occasion it was for my daughters wedding. So we are familiar with the island. Perfect in every way!

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The condo was spacious, spotless clean with every amenity and detail you would have from home and more. Beds were comfortable with the freshest of linens. Vew was beautiful and so relaxing on the lanai with a cool beverage in the afternoon. I stayed with my son and his wife along with a 5yr old snd 19 month. Super comfortable, beautifully appointed! I will definitely want to stay at this condo again next time. Thank you to our hosts for being so thoughtful about every little detail.

Sunshine and Nature

We traveled with our children and grandchildren to share the beauty of Sanibel lsland. We have visited Sanibel twice before more than ten years ago. This property had a much better view, location, and space. There was something special for each age group. There is types of wild life right on property and a close by wildlife refuge that we road our bike to. The ground floor level made it easy walk to the pool and beach. All the needed beach supplies were available and were used. I enjoyed the lounge chairs in the late afternoon in shade of the palm trees. We all spent time at the beach shelling and swimming and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and smoothies at the snack bar. They made many friends and plans to return next year with their new friends. We were close to great bike paths, restaurants and shopping. This three bedroom unit was a perfect size for seven of us. The kitchen was large and plenty of sitting areas. We look forward to returning.

Great condo for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for our family of six, and could definitely accommodate more. Kitchen had everything we needed and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas are wonderful to have.

Relaxation for sure

The location and hosts were very accommodating. However, the floors left our feet dirty, we had to buy TP, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Also, the AC didn’t ever cool the 2 spare bedrooms. But the pool and beach were great and the location was what we hoped.

Wonderful week!

We had everything we needed prior to our visit and while we were in Sanibel. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the location (first floor and view of lake and horizon) and the wildlife in the property! We played on the beach, at the pool, on the pickle ball courts, took lots of bike rides, and had a fantastic week!
