Newly Renovated UNIT 2B4: This one-bedroom top floor condo reflects a sunny day at the seashore!

Blue hues delight in the living area while soft sand colors provide a soothing ambiance in the master bedroom. A relaxing outdoor furniture set lets you glide your worries away, whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at sunset. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Fourth-floor location overlooks the glistening pool and the gorgeous beach beyond!

Girls trip

We loved our time on Sanibel Island! The beach was marvelous and the location of the property was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The check in/out was seamless. Such a fantastic way to relax and refresh!

Super Great

I'm not paid or sponsored to post any comments. This was a very nice facility. Awesome grill area with nice NG grills for grilling fresh caught fish and or steaks. Covered parking, secluded area, very relaxing; maybe too relaxing. Great view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. I can't think of anything negative about this place that I experienced.

Excellent Condo, Location and Staff!

Terrific stay at Ocean's Reach condo. Excellent view of ocean and nice, clean unit. Staff was very friendly and caring while adhering to Covid precautions. Would stay here anytime!!

A Great Experience

We don't have any complaints. We had a great time. The condo is in a premium location for shell collecting and sea life experiences. We found the bed to be comfortable (love that it is king size) and our 14 year old was perfectly content on the couch...she didn't even fold it out. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the screened in balcony and it afforded beautiful sunrise views. We especially appreciated the stash of beach equipment in storage locker and the starting supply of laundry and dish soap. Some things to consider if you're going to stay here--especially if this is your first rental experience since the onset of the pandemic. There are no extra towels for beach/pool use in the condo (not necessarily a COVID thing). In fact, there were only 3 full size bath towels despite listing it as a 4 person occupancy. Not a big deal since one of our family is a 7 year old and we toweled her dry with a smaller hand towel. This isn't a complaint, just not what we expect after our experience in other rentals. We ended up buying some extra towels at Jerry's but we were doing a lot of laundry during our stay. Also, I know that the situation with COVID has changed a lot of how kitchens are stocked...but we didn't even have salt & pepper in the kitchen. Again, not a complaint, just different from our previous experiences and something you should be prepared for if you're going to be preparing meals as we did.

Well stocked kitchen. Ok for baby

This place was great! This unit is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Family friendly condos. The kitchen was well stocked for a small beach condo. My only complaint is that on windy days, something outside the unit makes a loud whistling noise which makes it hard for baby to nap in the bedroom. Overall, great stay!

Great property and amenities

Thank you for making everything so easy. We arrived late due to airline delays and had no issues with keys or finding our condo. We loved the shell cleaning area, the pool and only wish we were able to stay longer.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay, COVID-19 Safe

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and felt very safe from COVID-19. The check-in process was contactless. The condo was fogged with disinfectant before we arrived (there was a note on the door informing us of the time for safe entry). The condo is exactly as pictured/expected. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality knives, cookware, etc. The mattress could use replacing however and the shower doors didn't work very well but overall a very nice place to stay. The location is great. Wonderful beach and close to stores and restaurants. We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Great place!

This is a great unit and wonderful complex. The view of the beach is awesome. Unit is very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. People are friendly. The managers are wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely be returning.
