Luxury Home with Pool / Spa and Private Beach Access

Located in an exclusive community on West Gulf Drive across from the ocean, so close you can hear the waves. This newly renovated home includes space that is both intimate and perfect for entertaining friends and family. This home was built to reflect the character and charm of Sanibel, while affording you the privacy you desire with long covered breezeway to a separate guest house overlooking the pool. The main residence is spacious with an open-concept that includes a contemporary kitchen that blends with the living areas for you to easily spend time with your family. The attention to detail throughout the home is endless -- from the 100% purified water for drinking and showering to the collections of unique mosaic tile and Carrara marble. The outdoor landscaping is stunning, lined with bamboo trees and vibrant flowers and an array of palms. There is a private pathway from the backyard that leads to West Gulf Drive to give you access to a private beach exclusive to this community.

We had a wonderful stay. The house worked perfectly with plenty of spaces for our family including for kids to play and adults that needed to work. We spent a lot of time in the pool and some at the beach. There were plenty of amenities like beach chairs and towels that made it all easy. We definitely recommend this home and are grateful for the owners' responsiveness.

The house was very nice and convenient to the beach and bike trails. The host were very responsive to our needs and resolved any issues we had in a timely manner. The house had plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed breakfast out on the deck overlooking the pool.

Awesome Stay

House is even better than the pictures. Completely redone, so everything is new and immaculate. It is easy walking distance to the beach and we also used the pool and spa a lot. The house was great for family gatherings. Amy was super to deal with. Very attentive and even though we didn't have any problems, I know she would have resolved them quickly if we had. The island is coming back to life and this house is a great way to enjoy it. thanks Amy!

June Family Vacation

Had a perfect week on sanibel. We had a group of 8, 7 adults and a 9yo granddaughter. The house was perfect, location was great. Beautiful home less than 100 yards to the beach. Tons of space, pool is great. Would definitely go back. We had some minor air conditioning issue, we contacted the owner who had someone come immediately on a Sunday to fix. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Home

My family and my brothers family had plenty of room in this beautiful house. The house was beautiful, clean and the location was ideal. There is so much to enjoy in Sanibel, we were close to everything. Amy was incredibly friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place for large family vacation

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood’ Great pool! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining in some evenings. Comfortable beds. Instructions for Path to beach could be a bit more clear but close and able to carry a chair and umbrella and enjoy the sun and waves ! We had a small plumbing problem and host immediately responded when we called. Plumber fixed in very timely manner

Perfect for our family!

Perfectly located. Just a short walk to the beach, right on a bike trail and close to town. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and eating. We didn’t have any issues while we were there and the owners were very communicative and helpful with any questions. Only down side, was only staying for a week!
