HOME FEATURES

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Compass Point 221 can sleep up to six guests, and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at Compass Point 221, enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai, prepare meals from the luxury, open-concept kitchen, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pool and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts. Of course, relaxing on Sanibel’s powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach from the private beach access, just steps away.





Situated on the mid-island area of Sanibel, the Compass Point Community is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel Island has consistently been named a top island vacation destination for couples and families — regionally, nationally and internationally. Sanibel offers 15 miles of pristine beaches (America’s best shelling beaches), 25 miles of bike paths, 250 kinds of shells and 0 stop lights. Top Sanibel Island attractions include: J.N. Family vacation

Overall our experience was great. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed our week very much. The description did indicate there were two swimming pools and we only saw one so that was a little bit deceptive. Other than that. Everything was pretty much as described. We would definitely stay here again

Clean, spacious, and great location!

My family of four (my husband and two kids, ages 6 and 9) totally enjoyed our stay. It was roomy, clean, and a super quick walk to the beach. We loved that it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. It was a quick drive to Periwinkle Way. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break 2022

We stayed for spring break 2022, my husband and 2 elementary aged kids. Our experience was great. We did a lot of pool-beach-pool. The pool is warm which was appreciated by adults. Beach access was easy, as was the general location for access to restaurants. We rented bikes and were able to bike to various spots. The unit itself was as presented- clean and well appointed. Blinds are substantial for kid sleeping! We would book again.

The property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have the DVR function with the TV. Only one extra trash bag and dishwasher soap pod was provided. More would be better.

I suggest a barn door or such in the hallway to the second bedroom and widow treatment across the top and down the side to block out light and also block out people on the outside seeing into the room

Vacation 2019

The vacation was ok, I was expecting clear water from the photos, we didn’t get to snorkel due to the water. I thought I had a side view of the ocean but there wasn’t a view of the ocean from our condo. One night the power went out due to a storm. The pool was nice and the restaurants were all excellent.

Very clean, and very relaxing.

We stayed here for a week with our daughters on spring break. The unit was very clean and had been recently updated/remodeled. Everything went very well and the property manager was extremely helpful. They called and checked up on us which we really appreciated. If we find ourselves headed to Sanibel again in the future, we will definitely look to reserve this unit again.

Very nice condo!

Very well located, with the beach just around the corver. The condo has many beach tools, chairs at disposal as well. Very quiet area as well, some shops nearby.
