First, let me say I charge less because this is not my primary business, I enjoy doing it, and I want to make it affordable for everyone. My goal is for every guest to have a wonderful getaway.

I personally make sure that every guest is pleased, and am readily available when needed.

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts and pickleball courts are new and open.

This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology. This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option to check-in directly to the property. With this new smart key-less entry system, your Sanibel Island vacation rental is more secure and offers other significant benefits like:

We have an illuminated keypad for easy use day or night. Everyone in your group will have access using one simple code.

You can proceed directly to your the property, there is no need to check in or pick up keys.

This is the same when you leave, just enter the check-out code and walk away, there is no need to drop off keys.

This is the second time my family has had the pleasure of staying at Steve and Wanda‘s beautiful condo. Not only are they great hosts, the condo is also beautiful, clean and located on the first floor with direct access to the beach. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, as well as using the beach chairs, cooler and sand stroller to haul all of our gear. Sanibel is a beautiful island with so much to offer. We hope to return again and again. Thank you Steve and Wanda!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this unit at Loggerhead Cay. It is spacious, very well maintained, and the owner is respectful of your privacy. A very kind man.The location is perfect-quick on and off the island, but close to shopping. The beach on the east end is quiet with beautiful sunrises. As a solo traveler, I've always felt safe and enjoyed my stay at this complex.

Fantastic condo and even better host

Great stay!!!

The communication with the owner was great, very accommodating. They gave great recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat for all times of the day. The condo itself was very clean and updated. It had all of the amenities that a family would need; chairs, wagon, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The grounds were also very well maintained with no complaints at all. The beach was and pool were great as well. Sanibel is obviously known for the shells and did not disappoint. Steve and Wanda were amazing hosts, and would highly recommend their place. We will will definitely be coming back to their place. Thank you!

Great time in beautiful Sanibel condo

We had a great first time in Sanibel. The condo is very clean and spacious, everything looks brand new, big kitchen with everything you need to cook, was there. The pool and beach are just steps away, and Sanibel is beautiful with its many birds and shells. Our 6 year old daughter had a great time making friends with the many children and families vacationing at Loggerhead Cay. We highly recommend this place.

Condo is beautiful. Short walk to beach. Wagon was very helpful. Spent a lot of time at the pool. First part of week. Seaweed was really bad, but by the end ocean was blue.

A happy return

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! This was our first time back to the island after losing our timeshare to the hurricane. And this couldn’t have been a better spot. Our family of four loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and clean and beautiful. Our girls loved the bedroom with colorful matching twin beds. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Loading up the cart and walking down to the beach was a breeze! Many happy tears were shed. Already looking to book again!

Sisters Annual Vacation

We had an amazing week. The condo and property was perfect. We had everything we needed. The host provided a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The pool was great as well. The location on the island is super convenient to everything and it was easy to navigate. All in all we loved it‼

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had upon arriving was some uncleanliness of the floors. The owner was very responsive and apologetic in regard to this. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again!

Welcome back

What a great property to welcome us back to Sanibel. My husband and I have not been to Sanibel since 2015, and this year we came back with children. It was such a great time. Very convenient location, and great ammenities. The outdoor patio offered a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The communcation with Steve was wonderful.
