The staff were very kind offering us a free dinner and a room upgrade on the 2nd night. Thank god - the shiwer did’nt drain and there was a lake in front if the toilet. Food is wondreful as well as the beach. Please check with the hotel before booking to see if they have finished construction."

"Getting to the island involved catching the dedicated boat anchored offshore. Prepare to get wet! The journey was over an hour but with great views of Koh Ta Kiev island and others. We were welcomed by volunteers and Giovanni gave us a brief on arrival. We were shown to our accommodation which was just off the beach. "Great location - quiet end of the beach! The bungalows were lovely. Hospitality wasn’t great - not he warm welcome and customer service we’d had before coming to the islands. Sun beds on the beach were a great bonus although you need to get out early as there’s not enough for all paying guests."
