"The view is heavenly. Wish I'd been advised a car was needed ---- NOTHING other than other houses within walking distance. Could be an amazing property, but needs maintenance/attention. Apollo was helpful and concerned. Kitchen supplies minimal (i.e. two only of utensils!) Would consider a return, but would need a good grocery shop first...."

"Great house overlooking Nevis. Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, convenient to cockleshell beach / Reggae beach and the Nevis Water taxi. Quiet and secluded, the house is down a long dirt road then up a steep hill, but that's how you get solitude and views. Already thinking about rebooking."

"We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. "

"Great spot in Frigate bay, easy walk to lots of good restaurants and the Strip for some beach time and relaxing, but still close enough to Basseterre for more activities. The house was cozy, but comfortable for 2 couples, and there was a central pool area for relaxing and getting sone sun."

"The location of the property is great. The views are beautiful. The beds are comfy...the bathrooms were clean...the owner was super responsive to our requests and questions...we really enjoyed our stay. The main living area has a bit of a musty smell, but I think it's probably due to the humidity in the area since there is no air conditioning in this space. "Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."
