The beds was uncomfortable the one box spring had a big hole ..the bed frame was sticking out on one of the beds hit our legs on it numerous times..everything was sticky..very unprofessional desk clerk dirty clothes..microwave didn't work .. outlets was outdated and had a hard time keeping stuff plugged in. "Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues.
