Mountain Summit Getaway - within minutes of Alta and Snowbird

Hellgate Unit L is a mountain summit getaway! This 2 bedroom with loft condo within 2 miles of two world-famous ski resorts offers 1,365 square feet of living space, and complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird. Kids will love the spiral staircase to a loft sleeping area, and everyone will enjoy the community hot tub, coin-operated laundry facilities, and accommodations for 8 adults and 2 kids!

SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD
The shuttle stop is located just outside the entrance to the Hellgate Buildings. The complimentary shuttle to both Alta and Snowbird runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April.

INTERLODGE
Interlodge is a restriction on outdoor travel and activity ordered by the Alta Town Marshal. The Marshal's office, and/or Snowbird Safety, may require, at any time, that guests stay indoors until avalanche control and road danger is mitigated. Sometimes it involves the whole Alta/Snowbird area and sometimes just certain sections in the canyon. The Alta Town Marshal and Snowbird Safety work hard to keep everyone in the area safe with little disruption to outdoor recreation. These events are beyond our control in our winter playground. Usually, avalanche work commences in the early morning hours and is completed before the resorts open - but there are occasions when interlodge can be put into effect during the day and guests can be housebound for longer periods of time.

Perfect Location Between Snowbird and Alta

This condo was the perfect home base for my husband, my son and his fiance, my MIL, and me while attending a wedding at Snowbird. Even in August, there was a wonderful breeze that came through all of the rooms to keep the place cool. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed (except for a coffee grinder but the blender stood in), the beds were comfortable, and with three bathrooms, each group had their own. The highlight of the stay was Fred, the property manager, who even went into town and bought my MIL a new curling iron as she had forgotten hers. We are planning another trip during ski season and will definitely stay here again.

Great place, convenient to Alta and Snowbird

Had a great stay snd really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room. Only detractors were that housecleaning didn’t do a stellar job on bathrooms and kitchen is small so only one person cooking and cleaning, though the kitchen is nicely updated. Loved the fireplace snd views of the mountains, very comfortable.

Perfect location, spacious condo

We loved our stay in this Hellgate Condo unit. Tons of room for our family of 5 and more. The location is super convenient to both Alta and Snowbird ski resorts. Access to shuttles, restaurants, resorts and proximity to the SLC airport was perfect. The condo was exceptional clean, well appointed and had beautiful Mountain View’s from the balconies. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Place - Pictures do not do the views justice!

Great property, not many options when you are in the canyon but the if you can book this you will have incredible access to Snowbird and Alta. The shuttle service to get to and from the mountains was so easy.

Pleasant Surprise

Location Location. Surprised with the amount of beds. One up stairs in an interesting nook, and 2 beds in each of the other 2 rooms. Shuttle was the way to go to get around.

Nice property Downside is lack of elevator and lots of stairs Recommend renting 4 wheel drive w snow tires as Uber / Lyft availability is limited here They could use humidifiers in rooms. Shuttle to Alta Snowbord is very convienent

Old condominium, but condo is is perfect condition and is well equipped

2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds ( comfortable beds) private bathrooms each Additionally, there an extra queen bed in the loft There is a full 3rd full bathroom with washer and dryer Small, but very functional and equipped kitchen with good quality and new pans, plates, glasses, etc Nice dinning and living room are with gas fireplace and large tv. Unit has large windows with good views of the mountain and snowbird . I would suggest adjusting the tv down so it is easier to watch tv Unit has an indoor parking space and a ski locker. IIn addition, the complex is serve by a shuttle service that works really well ( less than 5 minute wait
