Steps from the pools and beach this is the "perfect family condo " located at The Sonoran Sea Resort. It is one of the closest beach front properties in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). This beautifully decorated condo is one of the most popular kid friendly condos at the resort.

No long walks or elevators to worry about and just steps from the pool and sand. This convenience allows you to spend more time relaxing ,taking in the incredible views of the Sea Of Cortez. This condo offers sleeping accommodations up to 6 and offers all the amenities you would expect from a top resort. Fantastic for families with kids, you will never want to stay anywhere else. "Million Dollar Views" at rates that will leave you smiling. Parents love this kid friendly unit!

Amazing condo, Amazing views!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to the beach. Literally steps away. The unobstructed views of the ocean and the pool were amazing. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excelente Condominio- Atención al Jacuzzi

Excelente condo. Sumamente cómodo y bonito que hace la estadía muy agradable. Atención al Jacuzzi frente al condominio, da descargas eléctricas. Muy peligroso. No lo han reparado correctamente. Lo tapan unos días y lo abren después pero sigue dando descargas eléctricas. Es necesario repararlo correctamente.

Condo matches the pictures! Unit is clean and beautifully decorated! Unit has lots of towels, but none are beach/pool towels so I would recommend bringing your own.

Perfect Location

The back patio opens to the pool and beach! So easy to go back and forth. The condo itself is so well kept and decorated. We had everything we needed for 4 nights with adult kids.

Spring Break 2021

We were happy with this condo. The property wasn't crazy like some of the others during spring break. Being on the ground floor gave us very convenient access to the pools and beach. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for our needs.

Spring Break Trip

Excellent room. Close to the kids pool, beach, and restaurant. DVD player didn't work, and cable had very limited channels - but wasn't a deal breaker cause we have that stuff at home! Would definately recommend staying here.

Perfect location, perfect interior

The sun hits the patio, so you can catch some rays, and it’s nice when it’s chilly out! Nicely updated, and the location is perfect for sunsets, and so close to pool and beach! Just couldn’t be better! The food from the swim up bar is really really good! HUGE BONUS! Probably one of the best units you could possibly get....although the complex is older, this building is closest to beach, and you can hang out on patio, and be at the pool area, and super close to beach, all at the same time!

Sandy Beach is desirable

The Sandy Beach location was great... nice complex, really enjoyed this unit because of it’s ground floor... open the slider and walk right out on to the grass overlooking the pools & sea!

beautiful and clean condo!

We have stayed in 3 condos at the resort now and this was by FAR the best experience . It was clean, well maintained and comfortable which is hard to say of our prior experiences. It truly makes a difference when you are vacationing and your surroundings are clean and inviting. Which was the case with this place. The decor was more put together and the kitchen was overall pretty functional. It was missing cutting boards, but other then that, it had everything that we needed. The location of the condo is perfection given it's on the lower level, right next to the pool and a very short walking distance to the beach. You really can't get better then that. Lastly, the internet was super fast which for a tech family was a huge plus. We were able to plug our XBOX in and play games with the kids without any issues. I would definitely be recommending this condo to others!
