I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

GREAT condo, Walking distance and super roomy

We had a great time, used the patio, walked to dinner/town. Could walk to the lake but with heavy coolers and chairs it was an easy 2 min drive. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

Beautiful condo in downtown Sandpoint

What a great place to spend a getaway! This condo seemed brand new. All of the finishes were beautiful and it was decorated so tastefully. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location on one end of the main downtown street was perfect. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this spot!

Location Luxury and Lake

Loved being close to the shops and restaurants of downtown. Also close to marina and beach. Property had an amazing view and we especially enjoyed the morning sun. Balcony large and comfy and able to accommodate a family. Decor was lovely and everything felt like it was brand new. We would definately choose this condo again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The loft is cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the marina. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to everything you need via a short walk. Room with a View

This is a lovely apartment overlooking the harbor. The apartment is so beautifully appointed with a modern comfortable vibe. Really nice furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked well with great appliances. The harbor view is so fun. Watching boaters come and go from two great balconies. Location is excellent. You can walk to everything in Sandpoint. Shopping, eating, wine tasting, music, groceries, the farmers market. There is a beautiful lake trail and public beach nearby. What a great vacation town and a perfect VRBO apartment!
