The Space:

Lovely and easy living!  Staying at this Seasons Waterfront condo offers sweeping lake and mountain views -- combined with the amenities of luxury resort living. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo can comfortably sleep 6 guests with beautiful views and a well appointed kitchen.



Stop by the Retreat Center for morning coffee and the days newspapers or borrow a book from the lending library there.  A large heated pool and hot tub are available year round.  Get a workout in at the Fitness Center or explore the jetty at the Windbag Marina or the 2 mile long Pend Oreille Bay trail just to the North.  Wildflower Spa offers massages, facials, nails and hair services and is located on the 3rd floor above the Retreat Center. (Reservations recommended)



In summer, bring a boat and moor it at the marina (rental slips are available at an additional cost and based on availability - contact property manager after booking).  We offer stand up paddle boards and kayak rentals as well right from the large Seasons beach!  Enjoy City Beach for people watching, sand volleyball, basketball and bring the kids and grandkids to the multiple swings and playgrounds.



Now let's talk about location!  If you love walking to dinner or shopping, staying at Seasons is exceptional! A short walk to all the fabulous restaurants and shops downtown.  One underground parking spot available in heated garage.  This condo is NEW to our luxury management so come and stay and be the first to review and tell your friends how amazing it is here!  Book Now!



**Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

Everything was amazing! Beautiful condo, convenient location, and a beautiful view from the inside and deck!The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We have been coming to Seasons for years and it never disappoints! This unit offers beautiful views and we loved having a full bed in the 3rd room instead of a bunk. The unit was spotless with lots of towels, linens and little extras including a bag of coffee from a local roaster. The location is perfect for walking into town, the marina and also the scenic Pend Oreille Bay trail.

Beautiful Lake Property

We had an incredible stay at this property. From the moment we stepped in the door we were in awe of the view. It was very clean, and we appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities. We had a few small things pop up and the property manager was very quick to respond and so easy to work with. We were very sad to end our trip and would love to come back.

Wonderful location and sleeps 6 adults comfortably

Good layout for three couples (3 K/Q beds - no twin beds) and beautiful quiet setting on north end of The Seasons. Easy check in/out process and the condo is well stocked. We got an extra parking pass for a second vehicle and booked one of the outside bbq / dining areas (for a nice el fresco dinner party) through the on-site Seasons property management office with ease. Great walking options - around City Beach, into and around town, and northward along the Bay Trail.
