We loved our stay! The house was spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. I don’t think anyone else could beat the amazing view we got. The technology was easy to use which was a huge bonus. The stove/oven take a long time to preheat so be mindful of that when baking. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house

John and Angie were great hosts, solid communication about the house check-in procedures. The house itself was beautiful and we sincerely enjoyed our time there! I would absolutely book here again!

We have stayed at this property twice now and we love it so much. The hosts are so easy to reach and are very accommodating to requests. The house is beautiful, and it feels like you are stepping into your own home when you walk through the door. We will be back!

Family Getaway

Can’t speak highly enough about our stay. The family enjoyed the property so much. Kids enjoyed exploring and the parents loved the view and hot tub! The easy access to town made it enjoyable to feel secluded but quiet access to Sandpoint. House was as described and very clean.

Mountain Respite

Our group travelled from New Orleans to Sandpoint for a business conference which we were very busy with. The house offered us the total experience of the area with fantastic views, wonderful accommodations. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Amazing Property

We booked this property with some friends and family for a short get away. The property was well maintained and it was just as beautiful, if not more, than the photos’s in the listing. Everyone had a great time and we had everything we needed. We definitely would book this property again. Highly recommend.

This house and property were absolutely amazing! Every detail felt so intentional and well thought out — it truly had everything we needed and more. You can tell the owners genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests, which made our stay feel extra special.The home was immaculately clean, which is always a huge plus, and everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The hot tub was a highlight — perfect for relaxing after a long day — and the overall setting made it easy to unwind.The location was also super convenient, just a quick drive to restaurants, shops, and anything else we needed, while still feeling peaceful and private.We had such a great experience here and would absolutely stay again without hesitation. Sandpoint Summer Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at John and Angie's beautiful home in Sandpoint. The park and lake were a blast! Pickleball, paddleboarding, swimming, volleyball, disc golf, etc. Views from the home were amazing. Plus, the house is only a 40-minute drive to Silverwood amusement park.

A very nice home for six adults

My siblings, mother, and I stayed for a week in July 2023. It’s a beautiful home with an even better view. The house is plenty big with a nice Jacuzzi, fire pit, grass area for games, and no neighbors! It’s a nice secluded spot but only at 10 to 12 minute drive to downtown Sandpoint.

Amazing home in Sandpoint!

Bald Eagle getaway was truly lovely! We rented the home with a few families as we had a ski race at Schweitzer. The homeowners have meticulously thought out every detail, I only wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy it. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The home was incredibly clean and had all the amenities that you would expect from a 5 star resort. I highly recommend booking this lovely home!

We had a fantastic time and the house was exactly as pictured!

We had a fantastic stay with our group of 3 small families. The house is beautifully designed, clean, well-stocked and so cozy. John was incredibly responsive and kind with any questions and special requests (because of the weather, we requested an early check-in at the last minute). We would love to come back in the summer, as the views were spectacular and would be great to spend more time outside! Thank you for a great stay!!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sandpoint VRBO! It was by far the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in—every kitchen item, toiletry, and extra you might need was thoughtfully provided. Everything in the home was clearly labeled, so we never had to wonder where anything was, which made settling in effortless. The host was incredibly responsive and made communication a breeze. The location is peaceful and scenic, and we loved spotting wildlife on the drive to and from the property. This home truly goes above and beyond—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed at this wonderful place over Thanksgiving with family. This place was so comforting we settled right in and had a great time! Couldn't beat waking up to the beautiful views every morning. Having Thanksgiving there was easy as the kitchen is very well stocked with all the cookware you would need and even extra needs were met. Everyone slept well as the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus along with the ping pong table. And my granddaughter had her first sled ride with a sled that was provided. The host was very responsive when questions asked. We look forward to coming back and soaking in everything this place has to offer!

Gorgeous Mountain House

Two families stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. Inside the house was lovely, spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the views from the living room and bedrooms. We were able to cook a bit and enjoy fires in the evening. The outdoors is landscaped super nice. We used the fire pit and hot tub. The house is a few miles from the grocery store which was convenient. It felt like we were remote but we were actually close to town. We would rent this house again!

Great family getaway!

My husband, 3 kids and our parents loved this house! Everyone had their own private rooms/bathroom. The kitchen/great room was Awesome for making a big family dinner and the downstairs/ping pong table/hot tub/fire pit was amazing for after dinner! This house has it all and it’s a short drive to downtown!! John and Angie’s communication was so great and they were beyond helpful! We give this house a 10/10!!!

Super deluxe massive house.

Absolutely Wonderful light filled dream house . It’s huge and grand. Excellent spacious floor plan that allows for nice separation and privacy. House sits in a beautiful quiet setting. No neighbors. Incredible view through Giant windows. Thoroughly equipped kitchen.. they even had kids dinnerware . Super comfy beds/linens. 25 min drive to ski. Perfect spot for a 3 generation gathering. We plan to return.

Above the Clouds Experience

Family & Friends gathered for a long weekend trip over spring break. First timers to Sand Point and to Schweitzer. We had an amazing experience, accommodations were perfect, plenty of space, very organized, and away for the city life. Driveway is gravel and the fresh dumping of snow we received made it exciting to see if we could navigate the steel driveway, but no issues luckily. We enjoyed waking each morning with a fresh cup of coffee and staring out over the valley. Our daytime excursions were to Schweitzer which exceeded our expectations as well. John (host) was extremely impressive with his communications. We loved this trip and hope to return soon.
