Quite a bit of charm, little bit of character, every bit of location you could ever want. City Beach, dining, boutiques and more. All just a few blocks away. Spend your day on Lake Pend Oreille, in the woods, at Silverwood (35 minute drive away) or around town and come back to this great home with a very functional kitchen and comfortable sleeping for seven!

Great house and location

Family of 5 stayed 4 nights. House was clean and as advertised. Loved the location - perfect for walking to coffee, restaurants and the beach. The extra blankets and fan were a big plus! Will definitely stay again when we visit Sandpoint and area again.

Perfect home away from home

Very clean, great communication, perfect size house, amazing fenced in backyard area for dog, walking distance to everything in town, fully stocked kitchen (thank you!!!!-just a bigger trashcan under sink pls) All around fantastic property with incredible management.

Family Celebration of Life

We were in town for two days to attend a celebration of life. Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Sandpoint and beach. House was cool and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Kitchen well appointed although all we used was Keurig and refrigerator. Backyard was nice-well protected for our paddleboards. Would stay there again.

Perfect location, clean, and great lay-out

The house is clean and feels spacious, despite the size. It comes equipped with anything you need. But the best part is definitely the location. Guests are steps away from shops, restaurants, and just a few blocks to the City Beach park. In addition, the fenced and grassy backyard was a bonus for our dog.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the best getaway at Sandpoint! From check in to check-out everything was a breeze! Very clean and tidy house with great towels and bedding and kitchen was ready to use! Puzzles and pizza (pizza place right across the street and puzzles/games provided by the host) was a big hit with the kiddos. Walking distance to farmers market (on Saturday) complete with food trucks and live music, plenty of other fantastic restaurants and shopping as well as the main event, the lake! We had a fantastic time

Amazing home near City Beach!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay in this home in Sand Point! Amazing location, close (walking distance) to City Beach (likely 15min), or to getting out and heading to Silverwood! The house was amazing, 3 big rooms, nice kitchen with everything you need, big TV, big backyard, some nice restaurants across the street - honestly a great home in an amazing location. Thank you to Eric - you’ve done a great job with this place!

Great centrally located stay!

Great place to stay, clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Very centrally located - you can walk anywhere downtown easily! The back yard and bbq was a nice touch for summer hangout. I would stay here again!

Great place, in the center of Sandpoint

I was very happy to rent this for my company employees. It is right on the center, a walking distance from their training site and all amenities they might need. They were able to come and go as they please, cook or eat out and with enough rooms for privacy. Would book this again!

Ideal location for downtown Sandpoint

This home was the perfect size for my family of 6 adults and one 3-year old. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shops and beaches. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice pans and appliances. Could have used a couple more coffee mugs (just 5) since 6 of us drank coffee or tea in the morning. We loved Sandpoint and hope to spend time there in the future.
