Enjoy all that Sandpoint has to offer from this centrally located apartment. Cozy, clean and brand new, The Spruce Street Hideaway puts you on the doorstep of Schweitzer Mountain (minutes from the Red Barn lot), shopping, fine dining and all the winter and summer activities that make Sandpoint, ID so special. The apartment is stand-alone meaning no issues with loud neighbors above or below you. We live next door in the main house, so should an issue or need arise, we got your back.

The Home:
Perched above Spruce Street, your private home includes an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and 800 square feet of living space. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the luxuries needed to cook as if you were at home. Gather around the farm table for dinner, drinks or a board game. Enjoy the 20’ covered balcony or take in a movie on the 65” smart tv. When it’s time to retire to bed, a king gel foam mattress awaits. Need more sleeping space? Stretch out on the large, self-inflating mattress. The well appointed bathroom boasts fully stocked toiletries and a shower with 12” rain shower head. All this, centrally located to the mountains, lake and downtown Sandpoint. Use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks included.

The Neighborhood:
North Sandpoint is a quite, tree lined street made up of residential homes and Hickory Park a few blocks East. Next to Super 1 Grocery Store and N Boyer which takes you to the heart of town. Walk, bike, shuttle or drive to all main locations in as little as 2 mins. Sandpoint is too special not to share with others. It's a fascinating town with fascinating people.

Guest Parking/Getting Around:
Street parking directly outside the home on Spruce Street and Jefferson (corner lot). Want to ditch the car? 2 bikes are provided for getting around town. 3 blocks East you’ll find the FREE “Spot” shuttle stop, offering transportation throughout Sandpoint, Ponderay, Dover and Schweitzer Mountain.

Great location near downtown

This apartment is a great little spot moments from downtown Sandpoint, my wife and I stayed in the middle of a heat wave and were able to retreat to the apartment in the afternoon heat and stay cool.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here, the check in was so easy and the condo was exactly as described. Everything was really clean and the amenities were awesome. Ryan & Chris were very accommodating when we did see them. This really was a home away from home, you had everything you needed and we especially liked the king sized bed. If we do come back to the area next year we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I went to Sandpoint for a mini vacation. The rental was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring the town. Ryan was a great host and friendly when we crossed paths. He was very responsive to any questions we had as well. Would definitely stay again if ever in town.

Lovely place and host

The apartment was beautifully done and well stocked with most anything you need. Check in/out and all communication with Ryan, the host, was clear and pleasant. Check in/out was easy! The location suited my needs in a quieter neighborhood with everything you might want within about 5 minutes. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Amazing stay! Spotless and welcoming! Great location!

Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was prompt and great, clear and easy arrival and departure instructions. The location was fantastic and quiet. The property was spotlessly clean and so warm and welcoming and yet modern and looked newly renovated. We were very impressed. After reading reviews of local hotels my husband thought staying here would be much nicer and I am so glad I listened. The host communicated via email and was available for recommendations and communication! I would highly recommend staying here, the added touch was there was an array of essentials available in case you forgot something like sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries along with your basic cooking essentials like spices, oil, coffee sugar, creamer etc...

Quiet Comfortable Retreat

My husband and I love this apartment! We’ve stayed here twice now. It is very clean and quiet. The mattress is very comfortable, which we appreciate since we don’t usually sleep well away from home. Not the case here! We always sleep well and wake refreshed. There’s a living area with plenty of room to relax and even a balcony with views nearby mountains. It is located close to many amenities and restaurants if you don’t want to cook. I highly recommend staying here next time you visit Sandpoint or surrounding towns.

Lovely mountain getaway

We had a lovely time at this property! It was so clean, quiet and modern inside with great decor and lots of bathroom toiletries to use. It was a 20 min drive to Schweitzer and a 20 min walk to downtown to some great bars and restaurants! Would stay again :)
