Perched above Lake Garda at 550 meters, beyond Monte Baldo, Villa Coloniale offers unique blend of panoramic lake and mountain views, fresh alpine air, and Italian elegance. From the terrace, watch breathtaking sunsets or enjoy summer fireworks over the lake, all from the comfort of your private retreat.

This villa is perfect for families or small groups, with three climatized bedrooms (including a king-size) plus a sofa bed in the open gallery, comfortably accommodating up to max 6/7 guests. Two luxurious bathrooms feature a whirlpool bath and a shower, enhanced with relaxing natural bath salts for a true spa experience.

The Mediterranean garden, terraces, and private lounge offer privacy and serenity, while the heated saltwater pool with daybed and neck-massage fountain invites relaxation from spring to end of September (other months on request). NEW in 2025: a sunshade in front of the bedrooms provides extra comfort for lounging and relaxation.

Modern amenities include WIFI, 55” Smart TV, printer, alarm system, safe, and private double garage. The kitchen features both American and Nespresso coffee machines, with welcome capsules provided.

Local experiences abound: the nearest restaurant is a short walk away, delis and traditional food are nearby, and wine tours, hiking, biking (with bikes delivered to the villa), boat cruises, and opera nights at the Arena di Verona are easily arranged.

Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing Experience!

This was our first visit to Lake Garda and it certainly will not be our last! Renate is a superb host - she is always available to answer any questions and takes a real interest in ensuring that your stay is perfect. The house itself is very clean, well maintained and comfortable- but the best part is the view of the lake which is absolutely breathtaking. Amazing villa in San Zeno!!

Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!

Amazing Villa

Would highly recommend this villa. The views are absolutely amazing, just as in the photos. You wake up to a panoramic lakeside view. Private pool was lovely. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owner Renate was very helpful and was always at hand to make sure we had the best stay. Location is good- we hired a car and it was easy to visit other towns on the Lake. Also lots of nice restaurants in the village of San Zeno, a few minutes drive away. One of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in -would definitely go back!

Fabulous House & Location

We spent three nights at this house in San Zeno and cannot recommend it enough. The house was exactly as described and the photos precise. It was clean, comfortable and Renate was quick to respond and be in communication. We went with our three children (12, 10, 6) and they enjoyed every minute of it- particularly the pool! We also loved the area- an unknown area for us previously and a spot we plan to go back to. Highly recommend!

Wonderful View!

The property was in an excellent location and was a perfect stay. The property was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for all 6 of us and the garage was large enough for both cars. The luggage lift was also a great surprise! The terrace was spectacular and breathtaking views all day! The pool was also very beautiful and clean and perfect for the warm summer days! We were greatly impressed with the organization and appreciated the detailed instructions.

Beautiful home

The home was lovely with spectacular views and fabulous outdoor spaces. We were impressed by how spotless the kitchen and the pool were upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had hot water and good water pressure. The wifi was strong and easy to stay connected. It was nice to have a garage available and it was large enough to fit a full-sized car. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we slept well. I’d recommend it to others.

Toller Blick über den Gardasee, von Riva bis Salo

Der Ausblick des Hauses war einfach phänomenal. Bei entsprechendem Wetter von Riva bis Salo, einfach toll. Wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz dem deutschen, gehobenen Standard. Zwei volle Bäder und eine Gästetoilette, einfach super. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und wir können Frau Koblbauer nur zu Ambiente gratulieren. Insgesamt sind es fünf äußerlich gleich aussehende Häuser, die zum Teil im Privatbesitz sind. Drei wurden an Feriengäste vermietet, die gemeinsam einen kleinen, aber feinen Pool nutzen konnten. Eine eigene Doppelgarage pro Haus mit Lift für Gepäck stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die kompetente, freundliche und professionelle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war völlig problemlos.

Ein sehr schönes, exklusives und gepflegtes Anwesen mit Traumblick. Gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt im Relais San Zeno hat uns (4 Erwachense, 2 Kinder (1,4) sehr gut gefallen. Das Gebäude, die Zimmer und die Gartenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und entsprechen der Ankündigung. Der Blick über den Gardasee war dabei sicher ein Highlight. Die nette Gastgeberin bewirtschaftet die Häuser sehr professionell und liebevoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufgrund der Beschreibung waren unsere Erwartungen sehr hoch angesiedelt.Diese wurden aber komplett bei weitem übertroffen.Das super hochwertig ausgestattete Haus, der Pool und der neue Whirlpool für 6 Personen, die exponierte Lage mit sensationellen Traumblick, die absolute Ruhe, die äußerst nette Vermieterin usw sind einfach nur superb!!! Die gesamte Anlage ist von der Besitzerin picobello gepfegt.Wir hatten oft gar keine rechte Lust dieses herrliche Fleckchen Erde zu verlassen. Wir kommen wieder ! Helga, Gabi, Werner und Gerhard

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Zeno! Das Haus liegt herrlich mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zudem hatte sie noch Klasse Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Restaurants. Wenn Gardasee, dann nur noch hier!

Wunderschöne Entspannung

Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage waren einfach spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort zur Entspannung. Frau Koblbauer - die Vermieterin - hat alles getan, damit wir uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen sicher nochmal :-) Dankeschön!

Traumhaft schön-sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit unglaublichem Blick auf den Gardasee bei einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Alle Angaben entsprechen den Tatsachen, es ist in Wirklichkeit eher noch schöner. Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich des Hauses sind, sind sie immer angenehm kühl. In San Zeno war es immer ca 4 Grad kälter, als am Gardasee, was besonders an sehr warmen Tagen vorteilhaft ist. Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind absolut perfekte Unterkunft.
