The space
Step into the Old West at this unique themed property, designed like a frontier town and perfect for families or small groups. The 2-bedroom Casita sleeps 4 comfortably, with essentials available for a small child. Outside, enjoy the deck with a shaded gazebo, a fully heated hot tub for 4 (not in summer), an outdoor pool, and an outdoor shower—plus full bathrooms inside the Casita.
The ranch includes a 4-stall barn, corral, and ample space for multiple RVs. Pets are welcome! If staying in the Casita, pets are restricted in the front yard and please ensure they are leashed when in the backyard.

Guest access
Guests have full access to most of the property, including the Casita, horse corral and barn, RV parking area, and all shared outdoor spaces. The Bank and Barbershop building is locked and used for storage.

You’ll receive a personalized access code for the Casita, as well as for the gates to the barn and RV area, if needed.

Other things to note
The Dirty Goat Saloon is open for guests to relax and enjoy, featuring a bar, air conditioning, and a poker table.

The General Store offers additional fun and comfort with its own A/C unit, mini-fridge, microwave, two arcade games, pool table, mini bar, daybed, and seating area. You’ll also find extra pet supplies and children’s essentials if needed.

All guests are welcome to use the outdoor shower before or after using the hot tub. It’s equipped with heated water, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Horses and RVs are welcome with prior approval and an additional nightly fee. RVs and buses can be stored on-site—covered or uncovered—with discounts available when booking nights in the Casita.
