Oasis Pool and Backyard! Johnson Ranch Golf Course

NEW flooring, furniture, and paint throughout the house are ready for your enjoyment! Our spectacular fully furnished house is located in the beautiful community of Johnson Ranch Golf Course which is at the base of the San Tan Mountains & South of Superstition Mountain.

The house sits on a large corner lot with no neighbors in the back. Behind the house is a great walking and bike trail that runs throughout the Johnson Ranch community.

Our spacious ranch home is 1900 sq ft includes 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is north facing. The stunning backyard comes with a large pool, covered patio seating area with stainless steel gas grill, open air paved patio, and spectacular desert landscaping.

The inside of our home features a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and en suite with soaking tub and shower and large walk in closet. The master bedroom also features an office with beautiful french doors.

The other two bedrooms have a king size bed and two twin beds (can be converted to King). Both feature nice closets. The 2nd full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a high bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a flat screen TV. Our house also has a wifi connection and cable. Other features include a two car garage and fully equipped laundry room.

The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is a 18 hole, championship length golf course facility, with over 7100 yards. This facility contains a practice putting and chipping green, practice bunker and full size driving range. The Terrace Restaurant is located here as well.
Our vacation property is in the highly desirable area of the Johnson Ranch community. Johnson Ranch is a private community featuring three community pools, one of which is heated for year-round enjoyment, a private 9 hole golf course, private man-made lake offering catch-and-release fishing, over 20 parks interconnected through walking paths, basketball court and beach volleyball court. You have access to it all as our guest!

Why San Tan Valley? If you're looking for a vacation retreat out of the hussle and bustle of city traffic but still within short commute to all tourist attractions, golfing, and shopping then San Tan Valley is your vacation destination. San Tan Valley is only a 15 minute commute from Mesa Airport and approx 45 minutes from Phoenix International Airport.

Everything was good for our stay. We knew the pool wasn't heated and unfortunately it was too cold to swim. Luckily we were visiting family and their development had a heated pool so all good there. There was all the supplies needed for the week. It was exceptionally nice to have a washer and dryer for the week to pack a bit lighter.

We had a wonderful time at our rental! Shannon was great to answer any questions both before our trip and during! She responded right away while we were there. This home (and it truly IS a home, not just a house!) is amazing! Very spacious, nicely decorated, there was everything you could need or want. The beds were comfortable. The sofa and loveseat were comfortable. Both bathrooms were so spacious. The backyard was beautiful! So much seating, there is even a gas grill and outdoor gas heater, neither of which we used, but it was nice to know they were available. The pool was beautiful, unfortunately the water was too cold to get in. We did, however sit on the edge and dangle our feet in!It was nice to have the garage to pull into every time we returned! The light bulb in the garage door opener could have been a lot brighter. You had to almost feel your way around the garage at night when you came home. There was an actual garage light that was quite adequate, unfortunately it didn't come on when you pull into the garage. Except for that tiny thing, we had a wonderful trip!If we ever come to Phoenix again, we will definitely be staying here!

Wonderful stay for our Girl’s Trip

Amazing house close to everything!

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us! Close to our friend in San Tan, easy drive to Phoenix airport and we even took a day trip to Sedona! House was clean, spacious, fully stocked and yard was perfect for relaxing with coffee or an evening beverage by the pool! Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Def plan to stay again!

Beautiful suburban house

We are visiting the southwest from Germany for two weeks and stayed for the first five nights in this wonderful house of Shannon and Chad. It is spacious, very clean and the garden with the very well maintained pool is amazing! Everything you needed was in the house, even some snacks and drinks. The king size bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we traveled to Phoenix again. Thank you!

Privacy, comfort, & safety for a girls week away

Beautiful, clean, welcoming property. We were instantly impressed with how clean and welcoming the property was when we walked in. The privacy with the ability to drive in and out of the garage allowed 2 female travelers to feel safe and secure. The high wall around the yard offered full privacy to the lovely yard and pool. The beds were comfy and clean as were the bathrooms. The location was in the middle of all the things we needed to do while we were there but far enough away from city hustle and bustle. The house was well stocked for cooking and even had a few supplies like coffee and filters which we gladly refilled, fresh ice made in trays, and some pantry items. Very much appreciated. Loved it and would go back in a hot minute.
