Located just a short drive from Menaggio, this ground-floor holiday apartment for 5 sets the perfect scene to unwind away from the crowds while providing the convenience of proximity to the golden-triangle town. The property has a stunning shared swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy a serene dip, as well as lounging with equally stunning mountain-lake sceneries. If you want to fully immerse in the quiet of the hills, then there is also a private terrace with open-air dining and captivating panoramic views.

Inside, the 2-bedroom holiday apartment features a stylish living room with a lovely lounging corner furnished with a leather sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen HDTV to relax as if in the comforts of your own home. The kitchen is also fully equipped to facilitate carefree meals and stays and features a microwave, a drip coffee machine, induction hob and fridge, among other kitchen utilities.

This lake-view holiday home is located in a tranquil and picturesque location in San Siro, from where the beautiful Villa Gaeta is just a stone’s throw away. The apartment is also within easy driving distance from the other famous towns on the lake, providing the perfect combination of accessibility and distance from the usual crowds on Lake Como. The apartment is just 5-minutes away from the Golden Triangle town of Menaggio, from where guests can take ferries to the other two towns, Varenna and Bellagio. Plus, Como city is also only an hour’s drive from here.

For those who cannot get enough of the breathtaking panoramas of Lake Como, San Siro is the perfect base for hiking as it is a collection of villages with several picturesque trails connecting them, thus creating a desirable and extensive hiking network. There are also plenty of small beaches nearby to enjoy. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 90-minute’ drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025

nur mit kleinem Auto anreisen

Die Wohnung selbst und die Anlage waren sehr schön. Toller Ausblick auf den Comer See. Die zugewiesene Garage und der Weg dorthin kann nur mit einem kleinen Auto befahren werden (sehr steil, sehr eng)! Die GPS-Koordinaten auf der Anreisebeschreibung sind leider vom tatsächlichen Ort 2 km entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es leider keinen Willkommensordner, so dass man keine Ahnung hat, wo z.B. der Müll hinsoll, wie das WLAN Passwort lautet, welche Ausflüge man in die Umgebung machen kann. Anfrage per Email wurde nicht beantwortet. Bei Regen fällt der Strom aus, zusätzlich zur Sicherung in der Wohnung gibt es auch einen Sicherungskasten außerhalb auf dem Gelände, dies weiß man aber nicht.
