  • Impresionantes vistas al mar! Rústico con un toque náutico es el tema de esta espectacular casa FRENTE AL OCÉANO. Al ser una de las casas originales frente al mar, disfrutará de la verdadera sensación de la antigua Cambria. Esta espaciosa casa de un solo nivel tiene dos dormitorios, tres baños y se encuentra en el acantilado más alejado de Cambria, lo que brinda vistas sin obstáculos a lo largo de la línea de la costa. Observe a las ballenas, los delfines y otras especies marinas mientras disfruta de una copa de vino en la espaciosa terraza. Las áreas de estar y comedor también tienen una vista completa del océano para que pueda relajarse junto a la chimenea y ver el mar siempre cambiante en los días más fríos de invierno. En el dormitorio principal, abra su control deslizante hacia el mar, descanse con una taza de café y tome el sol y el aire fresco de la mañana. A fabulous family vacation in Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Titus Point in Cambria. This house about as far out on the cliffs overlooking the water as you can go. It provides a 180% (or more) view of the ocean. We absolutely love staying there and are already making plans to return next summer.

We had a wonderful stay in Cambria. The house is in an amazing location with fabulous views. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

The house itself is just as described , Old. The only real thing going for it is the tremendous view. We will always return to Cambria but maybe a different house next time

The view is spectacular!

The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!

So relaxing and fun to cook with friends in the large kitchen and the panoramic window view is a blessing with views of the sunset. This is our 3rd time here and we love it. There are lots of fun things to do in town and the surrounding area. We love to stay here just enjoy the beauty of nature. Outstanding hiking trail close by. The house is vintage but really adds to the charm. Highly recommend.

Stayed here before and would again

Let’s be honest, this is an OLD house, needs a lot of updating but we knew all that because the view can’t be beat, and great area to walk. The bed was very comfy and it had everything we needed and the staff at Breen were great to work with. The weather was stormy and rainy almost the entire time but we still had fun.

We are 4 friends who enjoyed the gorgeous views, walks at Fiscalini State Preserve, happy hour on the deck, shopping in town, Hearst Castle and wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles. The home was retor, but clean and comfortable and a great place to relax and talk while watching the waves crash against the rocks!
