This three bedroom/three bathroom, single-level home is located in one of the best locations on the Central Coast-- it's a gem! The private stairs down to the sand from your oceanfront deck give you direct access to long walks along beautiful Moonstone Beach as well as Shamel Park. Enjoy countless sunsets overlooking the beach and ocean with a local glass of wine in hand!

This home offers one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms along with three full bathrooms-- there is plenty of comfortable space for your family and friends! Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, enjoy a good book in the reading nook or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen without ever losing your view of the ocean. You simply cannot beat the location of this beautiful home!

Enjoy eating your breakfast, lunch and dinner “oceanside”, either inside at the dining table or outside under the trellis. The ample decking surrounding this home offers 180 degree ocean views with several spaces to relax. Gaze up the coast to Hearst Castle or enjoy BBQing on the gas grill and, if you'd like to completely unwind, kick back and relax in the tranquility of the private, rose garden. This rental will be perfect for your next getaway to Cambria, it truly is a beachside paradise!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

Wonderful experience!!!

Breen Rental staff were friendly and helpful; booking, paying, and check-in was smooth. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the view was stunning. Would strongly recommend this home to anyone!

Great beach house

Fantastic location. Furnished nicely. We were there for a weekend wedding so didn’t get to enjoy The beach house as much as we would’ve liked. We would like to rent again sometime for a longer stay.

Maintenance is a MUST!!

Truly love the location but, unfortunately over the last 5 years of us going there has been no upkeep, maintenance or upgrades! There is a HUGE need for some work to be done inside. All the vent registers had black blown out of them on the ceiling. The guest bathroom was missing half the towel rack leaving a potential to run into it and cause bodily harm. The bathtub had rust throughout it. The fireplace was not working. All the baseboards need painting. The kitchen is disorganized and missing essential pieces, like a cookie sheet. There was dried food on the placemats, dishes & utensils. The linens, pillows & bedding have not been replaced over the entire 5 years. Highly suggest booking out some time to do some maintenance.

Beautiful but perfumed bedding was unexpected....

We had a wonderful time but two of the three of us experienced difficulty with the perfumed bedding. Personally, I had to sleep on the couch. Also, there were no shampoo products in any of the three bathrooms.

Location location location

Absolute beach front property with the beach at your door step. The house is a little older and could do with some cosmetic updates however the location is second to none. Cannot be beaten. Million dollar views. The house is comfortable and functional with views that take your breath away. We will book again.

Favorite Cambria beach rental.

This beach home is such a lovely rental right on the beach. The house and location couldn’t be better. The property is beautifully maintained and the decor is fresh and well done. The kitchen is well appointed, but I will bring my own frying pans next time we rent. Love listening to the sound of the waves as I fall asleep! Also, if you love seafood, a trip to Giovanni’s in Morro Bay is a must. Giovanni’s is a premier fish market, you won’t be disappointed. We bring the ingredients back to the rental kitchen and prepare Cioppino. This is our tradition for day 2 in Cambria. The Cookie Crock market in Cambria will have any missing ingredients for the dish; a very nice grocery store. Pick up a baguette at the French bakery and you have a great meal, with a glass of wine. Next days are sightseeing and shopping, with lunch and dinner in the local restaurants. We rented this house twice, and plan on coming back again. Love Cambria!

Incredible location

The location of this house is fabulous. Right at the shore with easy access to the water. Conveniently close to town but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. The house could use some sprucing up - definitely has wear and tear. Also, for the price, the bed linens should be much nicer (the thin sheets and polyester blankets were disappointing). The kitchen is fairly well appointed, but it would be great to have a cabinet for food storage, especially when staying more than a few days. For those of us who love to cook, and bring our own food, its frustrating to not have anyplace to put it.

Awesome view!

Just walking through the gate tells you that you have found a perfect getaway place. Right on the beach with big waves and very few folks on this beach; a cup of coffee on the deck early in the morning was the best. Three good walks nearby. The kitchen had most of what folks would need to cook.

Paradise

We had an amazing time. The beachfront location was perfect for watching the sunset and crashing waves while sipping wine on the deck. The house is stocked with all the tools for preparing meals. A true paradise. Wish we had stayed longer.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a beautiful location! The home is *right* on the water and offers stunning views and a calming breeze. We had such a wonderful time. Cambria is a cute town and I'd love to come back and stay at this property again. The property is just as described and beautifully kept. Thank you so much for facilitating such a great time!

PROS: This property has spectacular coastal views and is close to town for restaurants (enjoyed dinner in the garden at Robin’s). Easy beach access. The home is spacious with comfortable furniture in the living and dining rooms. Enjoyed the fireplace on cool beach nights. CONS: All four adults found the beds very uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone. The high contact surfaces were cleaned, but the entire house desperately needs a deep cleaning. Seems like regular maintenance has been deferred. Hot water takes a while. Cheap paper products. If you have a good sense of smell, there is still a faint skunk odor down the hallway. We asked the rental agency what type of coffee maker was there and was told a Keurig (which we don’t care for) so we lugged our own coffee maker down only to find out the house also had a drip coffee maker. This property did not have the care we are used to when renting directly from a owner versus through this rental agency.

The most perfect location imaginable

This property is on the best beach in Cambria and has a stunning view! We were in heaven! The stairs down to the beach do have a tricky spot, however, so be wary with any elderly family members.
