You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3-bedroom 2-bathroom House. Walking distance (5 minutes walk)to the center of the beautiful Puerto de La Libertad . Two blocks away to central park, businesses, police station, BEACH, Sunset Amusement Park-Surf City🎡 🎢, restaurants, night club and night entertainment (5 minutes walk). You can also take a 15 minute drive to El Tunco 🐷🏖

**Guest has access to the Main house **Common areas with other guests and maintenance staff are service and laundry area, outdoor restroom/shower and Patio/parking-(shared if there are guests staying at the guesthouse)

🏠🏠 You have the option to rent both the Main House and Guesthouse for extra room and full access to the entire property. Look for the listing of the whole property (base on availability of both houses).

Our go-to spot everytime we visit El Salvador

We LOVE this property. We have stayed in the different homes offered on the property 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom, depending on how many are traveling, and are never disappointed. We love everything about this property: location, effective communication, parking, spacious and security. There were some occasions we asked for accommodations and Sandy, the host, was quick to respond. Also, Jose, the cousin that takes care of the property, is welcoming and attentive to any concerns. One thing to keep note of is the construction going on in Surf City, there is traffic and detours that change base on the construction site. We default waze as our navigation system for Salvador, works great.

We loved staying at La Fortaleza! The house is spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. There is parking inside the property and overall the area is very safe. My family and I walked to Sunset Park (about 5 minutes away) and every morning we used to go to the market to buy groceries. The house is close to everything which is great. There is AC inside the home which is great to escape the daytime heat. Everything about this place is wonderful. Sandy was very helpful and easy to reach out to in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if you visit this area of this beautiful country.

Beautiful stay

Very nice roomy clean and comfortable house with nice security and many extras especially in the kitchen. Right on the edge of town with many shopping choices. Only a few blocks from the beach and Punta Roca. Many fine restaurants with out of this world food so we didn’t use the kitchen much. Also very affordable.
