This thoughtfully furnished home is available for rent only on rare occasions while we’re away—and **exclusively during the months of January and February**, with a minimum **one-month stay required**.

Modern conveniences include WiFi, heating, a washer and dryer (in-unit), and Breville appliances, including a panini grill, waffle maker, juice and coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.
