PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 3rd – DECEMBER 20th):
• A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date.
• Full refund if cancelled 15+ days prior to arrival date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
• No refund if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival date.


PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (DECEMBER 21st - JANUARY 2nd):
• A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date.
• Full refund if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival date.
• There are no refunds for cancellations 29 days or fewer prior to arrival date.
• There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather.
• 5 Night minimum stay required during this holiday timeframe.

Grand Caribe Property Management Limited manages the daily operations of the
resort equipped with onsite personnel to assist with your resort itinerary. As an
added protection to you the traveler, the Sunset Caribe reservations department will
send you an additional confirmation within 48 hours of you booking your reservation.
This confirmation will contain important information such as your reservation
confirmation number and reservation charges. You must receive this confirmation, if
you do not, it is important for you to contact the resort directly.
