This ranch-style condo on the 2nd floor is perfect for your next family getaway. With two queen bedrooms and one room with two twin beds, which can be merged into a king and a sofa bed in the family room, this unit can easily sleep up to 8 people.

Being just 2.5 miles south of San Pedro makes it relaxing and peaceful, but close enough to restaurants, stores, and a short ride downtown.

Enjoy warm afternoons submerged in the jet pool overlooking the Belizean Barrier Reef.

Sunset Beach is a 12-unit condo resort right on the be, just South of San Pedro, about 2.5 miles south of the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. This resort overlooks the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking, only 1/2 mile off the shoreline.

Since it is right on the beach, there are plenty of places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Swimming is great right off the dock, and the tour operators will pick you up from the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off. There are pool chairs and seating on the Pier.

This beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on the veranda. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.

This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions, or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island, and travel insurance are available.

There are restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is also available.

This resort has one, two- & three-bedroom condos and can accommodate single travelers, couples, families, and friends. With a big group? Ask about booking multiple condos! All condos have full kitchens, wifi, phone, central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, and tiled floors throughout.

This condo will be exclusive for your group. Mingle with other guests at the outdoor kitchen while grilling your meals or relax and unwind in the jet pool. Games, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, and floats are just some of the amenities available to keep yourself entertained.
Streetside golf cart parking is available for all guests

We offer concierge services to assist you with golf cart rental, tours, private chef services as well as grocery provisioning to make your trip effortless.

There is a small store one block from the property, Marins Mini Mart, to get basic items you might need. There are many restaurants to choose from: Someplace South Cafe Bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Happy's Tequileria, Drink and Drive, The Hula Bar, and Toast and Playa De Sala Adults Only restaurant.

We can arrange a private chef to come to your condo and prepare a special meal for your group.

This property is located 2.5 miles south of the San Pedro Mosquito Coast Area. It is the base for the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood watch, making the South of the Island a very safe area for all.

2.5 South San Pedro is one of the safest areas to visit. Being the home of the South San Pedro Neighborhood Watch makes it one of the safest neighborhoods to be in. It's quiet and has 4 restaurants to dine in. Southern Taste Restaurant, Black Orchid Restaurant, Someplace South Cafe/Bar, Toast, Playa de Sala Resort Restaurant. A small grocery Store, Marin's, has all the basic stuff you need.

Property is well described in the listing. Jason is accessible and attentive on site and Cecilia is helpful and reliable online with booking details, renting a golf cart & arranging a taxi at airport. Our stay was pleasant with enough comfy living space for our family with older teens to really spread out and relax.
