Exquisite Sunrises over Barrier Reef 3 Bed condo

This elegantly designed ground-floor condo spans 1,800 sq. ft. and features a well-equipped kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils. The ranch-style layout includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a room with twin beds that can be converted into a king, along with a sofa bed in the family room, accommodating up to 8 guests. Other amenities include a dishwasher and an expansive veranda. Located 2.5miles south.

Sunset Beach is a 12-unit condo resort right on the be, just South of San Pedro, about 2 miles south of the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. This resort overlooks the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking, only 1/2 mile off the shoreline. Enjoy your gift basket when you arrive.

Since it is right on the beach, there is plenty of sand and a dock with places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Swimming is great right off the dock. And the tour operators will pick you up at the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off in the pool. There are pool chairs and seating on the Pier.

This beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on the veranda. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.

This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions, or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island, and travel insurance are available.

There are 3 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is also available.

This resort has one, two- & three-bedroom condos and can accommodate single travelers, couples, families, and friends. With a big group? Ask about booking multiple condos! All condos have full kitchens, wifi, phone, central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, and tiled floors throughout.

This condo will be exclusive for your group. Mingle with other guests at the outdoor kitchen while grilling your meals or relax and unwind in the jet pool. Games, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, and floats are just some of the amenities available to keep yourself entertained.
Streetside golf cart parking is available for all guests

We offer concierge services to assist you with golf cart rental, tours, private chef services as well as grocery provisioning to make your trip effortless.

There is a small store one block from the property Marins Mini Mart to get basic items you might need. There are many restaurants to choose from Someplace South Cafe Bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Happy's Tequileria, Drink and Drive, The Hula Bar, Toast and Playa De Sala Adults Only restaurant.

We can arrange a private chef to come to your condo and prepare a special meal for your group.

This property is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Mosquito Coast Area. It is the base for the South Ambergris Caye Neighbourhood watch making the South of the Island a very safe area for all.

It is quiet and peaceful with 4 restaurants and 1 mini store. Southern Charm Restaurant, Black Orchid Restaurant, Playa de Sala Boutique Resort, Someplace South Cafe/Bar and Toast. Marin's mini grocery store is in the hearth of the south. Stacks Sport bar is just the place to go to relax and unwind.

Great beachfront property

Very nice condo complex right on the water and has its own dock. Pretty easy to get to. Decent restaurants close by. The check in process was very smooth and if we needed anything it was handled quickly. Would definitely stay again.
