'Pirate Villas' is a private waterfront 3 story villa on North Ambergris Caye. Conveniently Located only one mile North of San Pedro Town center in one of the most exclusive areas in Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

Recently Rennovated, The bottom unit entails a king size bed, hand made by a local craftsman out of exotic Belizean warrior wood, living area with new comfortable couch set, full kitchen, with screen sliding glass doors opening up to its own private plunge pool with custom Belizean hardwood deck, 40" flat screen cable television, washer/dryer and a custom designed bathroom. Wifi available throughout property.

Newly renovated in 2024 with Exotic Mexican clay tiles indoor and outdoor with a warm mosaic finish throughout entire villa, all glass doors and windows with screen.

Plunge Pool: Cool down with a tropical island cocktail in your Private 5ft deep Plunge pool with awesome sunset views just off your private front porch.

Our Bottom Unit is perfect for one couple. Second unit is reserved for Owners. Owners are rarely at home therefore you have privacy.

We invite you to stay with us and have a great stay in your private waterfront villa and enjoy great food, cocktails and fun times at our restaurant and bar with our friendly staff located at the Famous Secret Beach, namely Pirates Not So Secret Beach Bar and Grill

This was hands down my best VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly. The property was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Far enough off the main road to be completely private, yet close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted to shops and restaurants.
Main floor is the VRBO. Owner lives upstairs and takes really good care of the property and guests.

Perfect location, out of busy town, perfect for getting pretty much anywhere and very quiet. We loved hanging out on the deck, using the bbq and a nice dip in the personal pool. Hosts and caretaker very helpful and accommodating.

We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable. If you're looking for affordability and basic needs met, this is a good choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have long hair so a strong shower is important to me and the water pressure was excellent. Pool was ice cold in Jan but it was nice to look out onto it and the lagoon from the kitchen window. The owners mom works there and is the nicest lady ever. Many precious kudos to her.

Great location and beautiful comfortable unit with private pool. We were provided with free bottled water throughout the stay. The bathroom was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including sunscreen and women's toiletries (which I forgot to pack). The owners live in the unit upstairs and they respected our privacy. However, we also appreciated having them there because they were easily reachable for any concerns and they gave awesome recommendations as needed on local hot spots to check out and things to do. They were superhosts that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If returning to Belize I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Pirate Villas. Check in with Janet was a breeze. She was friendly and helpful. On day 2 we met the owners, Maresha and Jason. They were amazing. Waterless vacation

Very dark with several structures along the driveway. Situated on a lagoon which has crocodiles.. there are no warning signs posted nor is there any mention in the 3 ring binder compiled my the owner.There were no boundries. The owners mother knocked on the door to either turn off the water or check on the water several times a day

The perfect, just out of the way suite for a solo or couple.

Excellent communication from pre booking questions, check in, very kind host/ess. A small issue was dealt with immediately, nothing that was a big deal, the kind host/ess who was onsite partially during the stay did a quick day 1 check to ensure I had all I needed and everything was ok. The visit was well timed and well executed. This unit is North of the bridge by just a bit, so close to nice coffee shops, meal options and if one wants to get right into town it is very easy. Great shower, comfortable bed, lovely plunge pool, quiet, well designed unit. A great little bird watching locationwith the mangrove and waters edge area. The unit is new, I look forward to seeing the landscaping as it evolves when I return as it seemed to be work in progress. One thing: The unit needs a place to hang clothes, that was the only thing I could have used as I like to hang my clothes when it is very humid.

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again. When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.
