THE HOUSE
Ground-floor bungalow with no stairs (just 1 step at the entrance), easy for small children and older guests. Bright living room with air conditioning, sofa and TV. Separate, fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and all the basic utensils. Bedroom with a double bed, plus 2 sofa beds, and a full bathroom with shower. The best part: the outdoor porch with table and chairs, where you can have breakfast in the sun or a cool drink at night in this quiet neighbourhood.

🚗 15 minutes by car to the Mediterranean beaches (El Mojón, Torre Derribada) and La Manga. Murcia-Corvera airport ~40 min, Alicante ~50 min.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Free street parking, usually easy on Avenida de las Palmeras. Avoid parking right outside on Wednesday night because of the Thursday market.
• The air conditioning unit is in the living room; there's a fan in the bedroom.
• Quiet residential area: please respect the neighbours' rest after 11 pm.
• Mandatory traveller registration: under Spanish law, all guests must provide their details before arrival.
