About this guest house is a fresh add on to their beautiful home sitting just

outside of the peaceful city of San Marcos. Come get away from the city life
in this 2 bedroom and 1
bath guest house. It will comfortably accommodate you and your guest.

The space:
Our guest house features:
2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds. Each with their own smart tv loaded with
apps ,YouTube) Wifi available. 1 full size bathroom with tile,
kitchen appliances, Fresh furniture, Central heating and air conditioning.
Access to private entrance and on site parking. As well as a small furnished
patio on the side with its own private entrance to the guest House ,Hot tub available with private fence around.

Sitting just between Austin and San Antonio adventures are endless.

Guest access:
Guest have access to entire guest house with fully equipped kitchen and a
full size bathroom.
We have provided some basic toiletries but guest are encourage to bring
personal items for your stay as well as food. We provide fresh clean sheets to
all our guest. we are outside of the San Marcos city and we run our own
septic tank system, for that reason we ask kindly to our guest that do not
dispose baby wipes, etc.. on the toilet to avoid any possible problems
As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets or scorpions which are part of the local ecosystem, to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control both outdoor and indoors , however we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids,.

leave your valuables at home or keep it with you , we won't be responsible for them

unauthorized persons are not allowed on the property
SECURITY CAMERAS NOTICE., For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at he entrance ,parking lot and back yard of the apartment. These cameras are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone.



We please ask that you keep it to a 2 car max

My daughter and I stayed here and feltVery safe which is important to me. We enjoyed the hot tub and private patio and that it was only 5 minutes to San Marcos. Thoughtful amenities were appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again.

Immaculately clean

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was so well set up, everything we needed was available. The private porch area is great for relaxing and the hot tub was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is outside of city limits but the drive to anything we wanted to do was short. I would stay here again any time I’m in San Marcos! You can tell the owner takes pride in providing an excellent experience.

Improper regulations listed

My stay here was going fine, place was nice had all amenities and more. The rules on VRBO state that no more then 4 people could stay which was the case no more then 4 was people were staying the night. There was no party no loud music or noise. It was simply a gathering with a couple people who were leaving later that night. As the owner was watching on the cameras he got upset and said that people needed to leave. I explained the situation to him and he said everything was okay and that I was good to carry on having my visitors. A couple hours later he became increasing upset and threatened to call the police. This became very alarming for us and confusing. I went back out to talk to him and he again said it was okay. Very contradicting and concerning for me. My visitors became uncomfortable and ended up leaving early for my safety and wellbeing. This was an extremely upsetting and disappointing stay.

I didn’t get to stay long because I checked in late, but the apartment was so cute and so was the outside sitting area. It’s much bigger than I expected too. The jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The only thing is it didn’t get very hot. It’s like 10 mins from the town but I actually enjoyed that. I would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay Close to San Marcos

So much space! The place was immaculate and a darling outside area. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. We had a power outage due to a storm and they came and lit candles for us and provided a lantern to help us see until the power returned. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Very clean! Anything you need and more is there. We did mot end up cooking but all the appliances were in great condition. Comfy beds and hot water in shower. The location is a little ways outside of San Marcos but not a far drive at all. Very quiet and peaceful. The icing on the cake is the hot tub. Perfect temp and strong jets. Perfect for a cold and windy weekend of all outdoor activities. Short drive to Martindale if want to do something fun and quaint. Close by the river.

Wonderful River Getaway!

Perfect accommodation for a weekend tubing trip! Less than 10 minutes from tubing companies and a perfect setup for a small family or group of friends. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

5 day river trip

Stay was good overall, location was great for what we wanted to do. The hot water didn’t get hot after the first night of showers and all of the sticky notes were a bit much. Plenty of stuff to do in the evenings at the house between darts, corn hole and the 3 tvs by the hot tub.

Quick trip to get son accommodations handled

My son will be attending Texas State in the fall, I was looking for someplace off the beaten path to relax and also work remotely. This place was great with the private patio and spacious indoors. Very clean, easy to check in and communication back forth via text was awesome. Plan to come back again especially once our son is in full swing living in San Marcos.
