  • Swim, fish, or just kickback and lay on the beach, or by the pool. If you like relaxation and adventure, you are in the right place. Walk on the beach, always beautiful and watch the fisherman come in with their catch of the day The caretaker will have a suggestion which one to buy fresh caught fish from.

    The house is located 21 km from the airport. Explore the capital San Salvador 51 km away, visit volcanoes, Mayan ruins or take a drive to Surf City 37 km, La Libertad. Past La Libertad is
    El Tunco, a surfing village known worldwide. Further down the road from the house, a Hotel, Rancho y Mar, good patio Restaurant and bar. You may be there when they release baby turtles back into the ocean They offer boat tours of the river, kayak rental, or view the animals they have on site.

    There are ceiling fans in all rooms and air condition in the bedrooms. Caretakers live on the property in a separate accommodation. Caretakers' wife is a good cook, available for cooking at a fee, you arrange directly with her. Great shrimp, steaks, and chicken on the grill.

    San Luis Talpa is a small town that you can shop at the grocery store, farmers market for fresh produce, buy fresh caught fish. Have a snack along the way, pizza restaurant next to the grocery store, or visit the ice cream parlor for a treat.

Property its exactly as pictured, its very nice and can't beat the beach access. So beautiful! The town is colorful and full of culture and great people. However, you do need a car for transportation and most places close early so plan accordantly. We stayed for 5 nights which I would have shorten due to limited activities in town.

Definitely a place I would recommend, beautiful sunset, lot of space everywhere, so important the access to the beach and a beautiful pool to enjoy!

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Alex et Eva lors de notre arrivée.La maison est très propre A1.La piscine était également très propre A1.Maison directement sur la plage.Les 3 chambres avaient chacun un air climatisé fonctionnel.Je recommande cet emplacement.

Really good beachfront property but don’t come when it’s storm season because you won’t enjoy the beach or your stay, palm trees were a good option for the entryway and the keeper can cut down as many coconuts you want for a small fee which is a plus in my family’s book

Me encantó todo el rancho! Un espacio privado, la piscina y la playa. Definitivamente regresaré, Eva y Alex súper atentos. Hay tiendas cercas lo que ayuda mucho, un punto a mejorar sería mejorar las camas.

The property is beautiful and private. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful, and work hard to keep the grounds pristine. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. We will visit again and refer friends and family to this place for sure!

The property itself is beautiful but the description is misleading starting with the fact that only the bedrooms have AC. When the host listed living room and kitchen has ceiling fans I would’ve never imagined that meant no AC. Also I’ll like to point out that if you’re planning on renting due to it being beach front I have to mention the beach is not swimmable and is very dangerous. The mattresses are very uncomfortable to the point you can feel the springs and the pillows are flat. Also they were no paper towels provided. Usually rental homes provide complimentary coffee and usually have a microwave but this was not the case. Overall there’s room for improvement but it’s not the worst of place to stay at.
