Upscale Living in Downtown Avila Beach

Condo Rental, Avila Beach, California Ocean Front Luxury. Seaside and Pier Views from Windows and Balcony, Located Across From the Sand. Enjoy second floor luxury 1100 square foot one bedroom one bath apartment on the corner of Front and San Miguel Streets across the street from the beach. Ocean views from both inside and the private balcony.

The Primary Bedroom has a king bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper, two 42" TVs with Direct TV programming including all the movie channels, fireplace. Wi-Fi Included with Every Stay. Washer/Dryer. Central vacuum. Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy

The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking.

If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

Clean, cozy, and can’t beat the location! It was such a beautiful spot nestled in downtown. We felt so fortunate to go to the beach and back home for anything we needed. We loved it!

Wonderful location to spend an intimate long weekend. Wonderfully taken care of through entire process from registration through checkout. Beautiful unit. Great to cook and eat in or walk to a restaurant. Beautiful location in Avila just across from the beach.. Will return the next time we are in the area. Lovely stay

Loved this location in Avila Beach. Beach view from balcony is nice and just enough off of Front Street to avoid some of the noise on the weekends. Private parking was wonderful. Farmers market and band on Friday night were a definite bonus. Close to SLO and Santa Maria but without the hustle and bustle of Pismo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

LOVE this place!

We've been coming to the area for years but this was the first time staying in Avila rather than in SLO. Oh man, what a difference! Being able to walk to restaurants, Reimer's, the beach and the park was so convenient. Waiting for our table at the Custom House from our patio was awesome! Speaking of the patio -- morning coffee and evening wine with that view was spectacular. We loved the open concept and upscale finishes (beach chic). The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We can't wait to return to this great beach house!

Great place and location.

We love Avila Beach. This is a great place. Loved it! Steps to the beach. We cooked breakfast only because there’s so many other places to eat. The kitchen has everything we needed.

Nice place

This is a great little place for 2 adults and 2 small children. Great location, comfortable atmosphere, convenient area with shops and VERY close to the beach. We loved that it had an outside shower to clean the kids off after a day at the beach. Only complaint (like any pull out sofa) was the mattress on the couch bed. Having an additional memory foam topper available would have been greatly appreciated. Fine for small children, but my older teens were a little uncomfortable on it. Otherwise, a great place. Would definitely recommend.
